We were traveling on the highway and saw a sign that there was a five guys off the next exit so of course we had to stop. It was perfect timing because we were starving. Five Guys never disappoints and it was awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. Our food was cooked when we ordered it and wasn't sitting in a warming bin. It was worth every penny as I'd rather pay a little more for fresh hot food. You can never go wrong with Five Guys!

I was highly disappointed this last visit. As you can see in the photo, I clearly was given the wrong burger. Its missing the tomato and onions. But it has pickles which I don't like. This was a take-out order and I had to be at work. Next time I'll double check what they put in my bag. I didn't this time because this has never happened. They're always on point!

You can tell that they’re are clear standards of service and expectations of the staff that lead to a really good experience for the customer. Someone was ready and happy to take our order, our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, overall. Items were stocked. Just the basics, but done very well.

I was really looking forward to the visit but wasn't completely satisfied. The fries are always top-notch, but the burgers are not like they used to be. The patties are smashed to cook them faster, which releases all of the juices. The patties are smaller as well. It was way too cold in the dining area, especially since it was winter weather outside. That air conditioner was blowing cold and hard.
