You'll notice reviews a little ways down also mention the manager. But this guy must think it's cute to yell at his employees in front of customers. As a GM of 2 establishments here in town, I would never think such a thing would be acceptable.Furthermore, the one employee he chose to be particularly hard on was the only girl working and she was on the register, in the lobby, getting seasoning for orders because one guy in the back was too busy getting jalapenos and cajun seasoning for a very annoying customer (who was clearly friends with him the way those two were chatting and not working). Another employee is leaning on the grill, while an anxious one is sweating because the manager thinks it's appropriate to reprimand him in front of every person who orders.The food is okay, but that's just embarrassing. There are too many 5guys in this town to waste the time visiting this one. Train your managers better, perhaps then you won't have a backup of 7 orders, and 2 people working with 5 and a manager on the shift. I wish we could choose who our tips goes to, because the young lady and the guy on station 1 would be it.

The employees were all super nice, the reason its only a 3 star is because the manager dude was being rude to his employees, telling them to work faster etc then yapping a story to a customer. I just cant back the manager on duty being rude to the poor employees. Not okay!!
