I’m reminded of nearly fifteen years ago, when I stopped in for a visit with one of my great aunts telling me about this place. I remember her saying how good the food was, and especially the yams! We spoke more on the subject, and I told her that I would come back one day to pick her up and we’d go out to eat together and try the food out. Unfortunately, she passed shortly after, so I never got the chance to indulge such a hearty experience with her, however in spirit always!...
Food was definitely on point I can’t complain about that, but Customer service was horrible ! Cashier was not friendly a lil rushy and they had peach cobbler on the menu but when I ordered they said it was gone be ready for a long time ! They opened at 11am I was there ‘about 12:45pm-1:30 ! Was very disappointed because I been wanting cobbler for awhile now other than that I will be back
I don't like sweet greens... I am from the North NJ and this place not bad just not my taste. People where lovely I would come back cause of them. My parents are from the islands so yams was different for me and Mac and cheese.
