Today was My daughter's birthday and Every one of the workers were very kind ..... The cashier, and 3 other guys we were showered with fries and ice cream for my princess they checked up on us and showed love ....very attentive to the customers and needs.

One of the biggest things is their were 3 younger staff and one older gentleman.... The younger crew were not playing around they were all working in between constantly moving that was nice to see .. you definitely rarely see that ...To young man who gave us extra fries and the gentleman that got my baby ice cream thanks so much it made her day.

Let me start by saying, we LOVE Freddys. But if this place is your only option, go somewhere else. Staff are rude, and don’t even acknowledge when you walk in. We stood there for 10-15 min waiting to order all while the 5 workers continue to work still not acknowledging we’re standing there while looking right at me. I finally asked, are y’all taking orders and they tell me orders are on hold right now. I ask why, they don’t know was the response. I walked out and my husband requested to speak to the manager. She tells him she just got there and didn’t see us walk in. Mind you, she looked me right in the face twice while standing in line. While we love the food, this place is horrible and would get zero stars if I could do that and leave a review. Oh and we called crackers when we left. 🤣🤣

This place need a billboard on the interstate. Never ate there but decided to give it a try! First and foremost the workers presented great customer services. Food was hot didn’t take them long to prepare it. glad I ain’t stop at bo jangles. Oh and everybody was friendly and presentable EVERYONE!

Literally just left and im beyond impressed with Nysha customer service!! I didn’t feel rushed and my order was correct. We really appreciate that because good customer service is hard to find, even the guy with the braces and dreds was great too!! Thank you guys!!

Waited for more than 15 minutes at the window to get an ice cream cone. Called the girl and asked her : how long does it take to get an ice cream cone and she responded ::as long as it takes to make it . Very rude .

Freddy’s became one of my favorite burger places since I moved to SC. All the ingredients were put together very well, not to mention how nicely seasoned they were. The fries tasted extra nice with their frozen custard and I’d definitely keep going back for more.
