It was awful. The combo meal I ordered was extremely salty I didn't get my drink with the combo and the concrete shakes I ordered was nothing but cold chocolate milk. This is my first time trying Freddy's and more than likely my last. Yep it was pretty bad.

This was our first time eating here,when we first walked in and noticed they were short staff I was concerned but I must say the employee's were very nice and the food was great,I will be going back again.

Ok so the food is pretty good! The burgers, fries and onion rings were tasty and hot.The custard was BOMB.The only thing lacking is the time it takes in the drive through and the customer service- the guy working looked and sounded miserable- but hey we all have those days.Honestly better than your average fast food

The service here is the worst. First you're just sitting in the drive thru; nobody says hold a minute or nothing. Then they can't seem ti get an order right. The first order we placed I ordered cheese fries add bacon they charged us for it but gave us regular fries. Tonight I ordered a chicken club combo and got a dry old chicken patty with pickles....no cheese, no mayo, no tomato or lettuce or anything. This place isn't cheap so I expect to get what I pay for and not something I wouldn't even feed my dog.

If you’ve never had a “concrete,” it’s a great ice cream treat that can be customized with all sorts of fillings or toppings. Especially with the kids we like to find easy but satisfying frozen treats.We’ve gotten takeout concretes from this Freddy’s twice. Sadly, both times most of the orders had the ingredients mostly wrong — not clear whether they swapped our orders for somebody else’s (but twice???) or simply didn’t pay close enough attention to make the items correctly.If I ask for Oreo, butterscotch, and peanut butter, and I get Oreo and banana, it’s not even close to what I was craving. Since the customization is really the key point of a concrete, we likely won’t be back for a third try.

When they first opened they were great. This time I ordered a #2 at the drive thru. There was one car in front of me. When I got to the window I wasn't greated, I was asked what did you order again? As if somehow between the car in front of me that left already and me they forgot what I ordered. When I got the food the lady was polite. I assumed that I had everything I ordered as it was a simple #2 lol ? I was wrong. I got back to work and sure enough I got napkins and a burger and fry sauce but no fries. For the 11$ or so I paid I wish I got everything I paid for with a little better customer service. I hate to say it but I see why the parking lot has seen less and less traffic since opening. I definitely won't be back again.
