I have had only positive experiences for over a year. Unfortunately, I have recently had several issues with Global Cafe. Primarily, with the Chicken Tinga Quesadilla. Twice inside of a 2-week frame, I was served a quesadilla with not chicken, but ham. When I asked the cooks, I was told it was "quesadilla chicken" and that "it should be pink."
