I love just sitting in Goat's - add the German beer selection AND one of the best meals I have in years - wow! Goat's currently my favorite meal on the earth - Beef Borguignon! You need to sell 1 gallon take out containers! I would also add I have paid more for less tasty food at fast food places - $19 for a great entree and $17 for 2.desserts - bargain!
This place feels high end, cozy with a whimsical vibe. It’s a shame the sewers are backed up and couldn’t enjoy my $9 beer bc it smells so rank ☹️
We absolutely love the food and wonderful drinks here! The staff is amazing thank you Goats! We always have the best time here!
The pinnacle of everything I oppose in a restaurant. A menu with 90% things you can’t pronounce and never heard of. $120 bottles of wine. $16 burgers. $10 shots. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re into upscale things, absolutely go for it. Not a place I want to go to any time soon
May 2025 - Stopped in for drinks. Really enjoyed talking to the owner (serving behind the bar). Will definitely be back!
Opi and crew were amazing. The mussels were the best and highly recommend the wine flights and duck poutine
Incredible find in Columbia. My husband and I drove in for a date night from a few towns over and were looking for something low key but elevated. GOAT’s is just that. The mussels were perfectly cooked, the Bouef Bourguignon was divine, and so was the duck poutine. Opie was so friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know us and introduced us to some incredible wines! Stop in!! The food is super reasonably priced. Whole spot is not pretentious yet a hidden gem.
Great local neighborhood bar! The craft cocktails are on point!

From the atmosphere including surrealist artwork, overhead lighting and a beautiful long aquarium with an small array of fish to the attentive staff and satisfying spread of dishes, I would recommend this spot to anyone swinging through town for a whimsical vibe.
Note: If you're ordering from the bar and looking for king cubes, they unfortunately do not have any available, but the drinks are made very well regardless.

I love this place. The atmosphere is perfect and the food always good. Desert, especially cheese cakes are the best.
The best place to chill out and spend fun time with friends.

Oct 2024. Marjie and I met up with the Lang, Pete, Sarah and Normand in 5 points for dinner before the “theater”. Pete shared the history of Goats with us and we enjoyed the art, wine, and food. Afterwards we headed to USCs Drama Lab theater in the historic Booker Washington school for the 10 minute plays. It wasn’t billed as a Halloween event but most of the plays certainly put us in the Halloween spirit.
