Hair found in my food...eat here at your own risk... long translucent hair found in my rice as I was eating. I pulled it out of my mouth!! Owner refused to give me a full refund as I didn’t want to eat any of the food after locating hair she didn’t care and called the police on me. Very rude and they don’t wear masks, gloves, hair knits.

WARNING FOUND HAIR IN FOOD ON EASTER SUNDAY!!! Please don’t waste your time and money at this restaurant. Hair was found in rice, called the restaurant before I arrived to ask for a refund. She only wanted to give me an exchange. Arrived at the restaurant and she told me since chicken wings (3) were missing she wouldn’t refund me. She called the police and I stayed as she refused to give me back my money. Officer sided with me that matter could’ve been easily resolved but she stated she only wanted to refund half for food not even eaten but 3 wings. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND FAMILY A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST WHEN THEY ARE WRONG. DHEC WILL BE CONTACTED AS THIS IS VERY NASTY AN UNSANITARY WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS REQUIRING WORKERS TO WEAR GLOVES AND HAIR KNITS TO PROTECT FROM HAIR FALLING IN FOOD!
FOUND HAIR IN RICE PLEASE DONT EAT HERE!!!! Easter Sunday ordered food for myself and my family. While eating a string of long hair came out of my mouth. My hair is braided and no one served my food so I know it came from the food preparer. When I called the restaurant to let them know she said she would only issue an exchange. I told her I didn't want an exchange but a full refund. Arrived at the restaurant and asked for a refund and she called the police. I'm a black woman that didn't threaten her at all... I only asked to get a full refund as I returned the food as requested none eaten but 3-4 wings. My whole family stopped eating upon me finding the hair. Im more concerned of my health as I'm diabetic and don't want to catch any COVID from the restaurants bad sanitation and None glove of knit wearing for the hair.
