Great American Cookies is the absolute best in Columbia. They are super accommodating and are always willing to go the extra mile for our team. Thank you to Jo the manager for helping out our team and making sure everything is done for us. Absolute amazing service.

I am completely amazed by the service provided on 1/22/22. The store had a delayed opening due to snow and ice and I walked in as the young woman was trying to catch up with all of the opening tasks. I just hoped there would be at least a plain cookie cake that I could purchase and try to decorate myself. The young woman happily offered to make a cookie cake and decorate it however my 9 year old wanted. My daughter excitedly asked for a pig and a lion on her cake. I came back...
