Great American Cookies

I have given up on this place. I ordered a cookie cake two weeks ago online. When we went to pickup the cake, it looked nothing like the image online or the quality. The decoration was very sloppy and awkward. The manager on shift did try to make it right and give us a good discount off our next purchase because their system doesn’t allow for partial refunds. Today I ordered another cake over the phone, and the decoration was awful. I guess you truly can’t have convenience and good quality art work especially for the outrageous prices they’re charging now. It’s almost as if they don’t even train their employees on cake decorating. I seriously doubt I’ll ever be back to this store.

Edit: your reply gives the impression you care about your company, but is all fake marketing scheme. Why ask us to reach out to an email address that’s no longer is being monitored?

The service here is always so slow. They need to separate cookies from ice cream. There can be 2 people or 15 in front of you and you can guarantee waiting 30+ minutes

You expect when you order something in advance it to be ready. Especially when they see you when you want to pick it up. 15 minutes late because they were still icing the cookie iced it wrong late in the wrong type of cookie and when I brought it up, they just said OK and rang me up anyway. If this wasn’t for my daughter’s birthday I would have just left. But I’m not going to disappoint my daughter because of their mistake, but without them trying to make any sort of correction and fix the problem, they did lose my business.

Great ice cream, even though it's pricey.

Parking: Located in a shopping area with a public parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Cookies and ice cream are for everyone ?!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Large double front door and spots where wheelchairs can get on the sidewalk.

Always understaffed and never have cookies available. Should stick to either being Marble Slab or Great American Cookie. The duo obviously isn’t working.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this store to get cookie by the slice that they didn’t have any available. If your claim to fame is cookie cake I would think it would be in your best interest to have that available. Especially on a weekend.

Best Cookies! Fresh and delicious.

They did two cookie cakes with icing in the middle for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Delicious and a big hit with those attending. They did a great job decorating the cookie cakes.

First my cookie cake was not ready when it was supposed to be picked up. We had to wait another hour. The cookie was pretty but the cookie itself was literally only a quarter-inch thick! You could hardly taste the cookie at all. Very disappointed for a $34 cookie.

They have changed something with their cookie dough. It doesn't taste as good as it used to and the cookie cake is now $40 dollars?! More expensive and less tasty. If you want really good cookies, go to Subway, they are cheaper and taste much better.

No specials as advertised! Went in for the 4th of July cookie decorating kit. Girl was less than knowledgeable. Even her manager was clueless.

Cookies were hard and cols. Not worth the price tag.
