Neat clean.
On Christmas Eve purchase a bottle than the same bottle broke outside of store and they would not replace it if I Was at total wine 100% they would had great customer service. And helped me out

Loads of options. Clean, safe and efficient.
The cashier was very short and rude from the beginning. She then asked for my ID. After she looked ant it and asked a co-worker, I asked her if there was a problem and she said your ID has a problem. I waited while she tracked down a manager to check it who then said it was good and I was allowed to purchase. New to the area so I had never been here before and definitely won’t be going back. Terrible experience.
