Never got to eat here because they never wrote down our reservation. I called on a Wednesday and a nice girl said “got it. I’ll put you down for 15 for 5:30”. I gave her my name. Spelled it out. gave my number and all. I had a feeling to call when we were on our way. They said they don’t have my reservation. I had people with me from out of town for my sons birthday. So disappointed. They didn’t even try to help in any way. And I was not about to wait 1 hour for a table.

Food was great, good prices, friendly service. Food came fast. Everything was cooked as ordered. Smash burger was great, thick full size strips of bacon, fries were good. Pimento Bleu cheese fries had more pimento than fry and very little Bleu cheese, only complaint I have. Floats were good, freak shakes were also really good. Great place to stop in and eat.

Grill Marks had the BEST burger I have eaten in a while. The fat fries were also delish. They had shakes that looked amazing, but we were too full to try one giving us a reason to go back. There was convenient parking in a lot across the street.

As I’m sitting here in Grill Marks I can’t honestly say that I recommend this place. This was our first time coming here and we were super excited because of the gluten free options- it was one place we felt safe for our son to eat.. And unfortunately now we’ve changed our mind and our sons first “eating out experience since celiac diagnosis” has been altered.
So far we’ve stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes without even a glance, we eventually got seated. Now we have been sitting at our table for 40 minutes with our menus ready to order and our waitress won’t even look in our direction as she’s serving tables directly beside us and continues to walk past.
If you’re in a rush or super hungry or have small children who aren’t the most patient (considering) then i highly do not recommend coming here.

Decent place to eat. Food was hot and fast, service was good and although I thought they were a little pricey, all places seem a little pricey to me!. We'd come back.

Drove 45 minutes to take my husband here for Father’s Day as he’s been wanting a burger. We sat down for 10 minutes or more and never even got a drink order. Guess our service wasn’t needed on a slow day at 1:00

8oz milkshake with whip cream...really? Asked if we wanted napkins or silverware for smash burgers..just amazing. Fries were good and the jalapeño on the burger was the best part.
