Good choice for gluten free folks. Fried pickles were wonderful! Limited options for vegans, but the black bean burger was good. Our server (Amora?) was kind and helpful about dietary restrictions. It’s pretty noisy—TV’s and music in a hard surface building—even at lunch on a weekday. I would probably go back, just for the pickles!

We started off with fried pickles tasty. We got the hot mess, it was big tasted ok. We had a couple of different burgers that were good, chicken sandwich that was tasty. Fries came out and were just warm. Had a great time server very friendly, very helpful answered all questions we had. Cool little place to sit and enjoy family and friends.

Hard a great time here main thing I loved about it is the large outdoor patio that's also heated and is pet friendly, met up with family had a great lunch definitely a place to try out the food was also great.

After 30 mins food came out cold and had no flavor and sides were extremely greasy food was not fresh lettuce was brown I asked for no tomatoes still got them and they were very slimy my plate was dirty and my partner burger was supposed to be a smash burger get got regular and it was mushy

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding serious misconduct I witnessed at Grill Marks in Columbia, SC. During my recent visit, it became clear that both management and staff were visibly intoxicated while on the clock, creating an unsafe and highly unprofessional environment for guests and employees alike.
Multiple employees appeared impaired, and the manager on duty was also clearly under the influence, which raises major concerns about this establishment’s operations. Staff members who are drinking or intoxicated while serving food and interacting with customers pose a direct risk to public safety. Additionally, this behavior strongly suggests a lack of oversight and control within the establishment’s leadership.
Given the severity of these observations, I believe this matter warrants immediate attention. I am requesting that SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) conduct a prompt and thorough investigation into Grill Marks to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, workplace safety standards, and proper management practices.
The public deserves a safe and responsible dining environment, and the behaviors witnessed at this establishment fall far below acceptable standards. I urge SLED to take swift action before the situation escalates further.

I cannot express what an amazing way to spend the last day of my birthday weekend. Kaleelah Our server was amazing. Serving with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was just how we ordered and delicious. Definitely a 10/10. My burger was perfect. The brioche bun made it next level. My nephew’s wings were soooooooooo good. Seasoned to perfection. He had spicy teriyaki and honey something. They were both amazing. Everything was so good I asked for a manager. Nate Thank you for the warm welcome and thank you so much Kaleelah Forgiving us such excellent service. We will definitely be back 🥰

I stopped in while visiting a friend and decided to try the gluten-free chicken strips — they were delicious! I’m a highly sensitive celiac and had no reaction, which says a lot about how careful they are in the kitchen. Really appreciate a restaurant that takes gluten-free seriously!

We went there on a Tuesday during a trip. While it was empty, so were many other local restaurants on a drizzling night, so we didn’t judge based on that. The servers were friendly, and the music not overpowering. We ordered and the wait time for some burgers and chicken sandwiches were excessive (nearly a hour) given the lack of other customers. I ordered the beer essentials burger. While the burger tasted like hamburger, it had no other flavors indicating a lack of seasoning. The beer cheese was practically nonexistent and I never even tasted its presence. The pretzel bun lacked the soft chewiness one expects. Frankly, I could have gone to Wendy’s and gotten a better tasting burger for a lower price. By contrast, the fries were overly seasoned with Lowry’s that made it one of the only times I have not finished my fries. To their credit everyone who ordered the sweet potato fries liked them even though they were also disappointed in their main. The Guinness was pulled wonderfully though.
