The restaurant was not busy maybe 1/4 of all tables were full, we were seated right away and after that the staff didn't even look at us we waited 20 minutes and was not even offered a drink me and my family walked out and went to five guys.

Excellent burgers! I ordered the Smash Burgers and added grilled mushrooms. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly! My husband ordered the Bison Buger and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. I jumped right into eating that I forgot to take a picture. Great place for a casual outing and good burger.

Place is alright and service was great. Food looked better than it tasted, it just wasn't flavorful especially for the price point. $13 for a chicken tender burger with pickles, no fries just isn't something I'm dying to get back to eat. Loaded fries were okay, but again not for $15. Fat fries had no crunch, were soaked in oil and cold. Atmosphere is more of a loud bar theme, not my cup of tea but it was still okay. It is a nice downtown kinda theme of that's what you're looking for.

Our waitress Jo was the best. So down to earth super kind but most importantly she was hilarious.I had the firehouse burger. Aaaaaamazing. Great place to go if you want a delicious burger.

Never received the salads, raw bacon on the cheeseburger along with giant chunks of onions, and a child's portion of cold French fries.Non-existent service.. she vanished while we waited thirty minutes for the salads.Wobbly stools and non-attentive staff going outside to smoke something was the show for the evening.After waiting thirty minutes for the salads, we attempted to find someone to get us a check. Then the fumbling waitress brought out the salads claiming she was waiting for cucumbers to be sliced. Finally the check came and I got my son to pay it.In my hurry to get on with life and leave the disorganized overpriced disaster, I left my phone and drove back to the grill Marks to get it.Our table was in the exact condition we left it in.... No phone however the food was still there along with dirty silverware etc.I asked the rude waiter maitre de about the phone and he said he didn't know about a phone.I saw it laying out in the open in podium and grabbed it and then he had the stoned presence to deliver a sarcastic remark about my not thanking him for the phone.Don't waste your time with this pathetic place.

Totally screwed up a delivery order. One burger had cheese that was not ordered (or wanted). Firehouse burger did not have bacon or pepper jack cheese as advertised. "extra crispy" skinny fries were as limp as spaghetti noodles

Our server introduced herself with the most "I hate yall are in my section" look. My daughters kids meal was pink. My burger was missing the bleu cheese. The food was extremely mediocre as there wasn't an iota of seasoning to be found. The place is very lively with the music, lighting and patio. It is not worth a return visit.
I enjoyed the Yellowstone burger which is bison. It was delicious!
