I ordered food from the wrong Groucho's in Columbia. These employees were extremely nice and went out their way to help me cancel my order from the other Groucho's that was literally 25 miles away from me. Three employees all assisted in making my Groucho's experience the best yet. Not only do they have great service but their food is amazing. I got the tuna salad with Greek olives on the side. I didn't put dressing on it because it was perfect without it. I love Groucho's at home but to come to Columbia and experience the same kind of professionalism as the one in Florence speaks highly of this chain. I'll be going to Columbia soon and I will definitely give them my business every time.- Helpful- Professional- Clean- Fast Preperation- Never was treated like I was a bother.- Absolutely perfect food, fresh and tasty!!Vegetarian options: All veggiesDietary restrictions: They have options for those who don't eat white carbs. I originally rated Groucho’s as 5 stars, but unfortunately I’ve been 3 times since then and each time has been a decidedly one star experience. I never receive all items I order. I’m ALWAYS missing the chicken salad sandwich. It’s been three times in a row. Twice I paid for it and one time it wasn’t rung up at all.Today, I went in and ordered a ham sub, turkey sub, and chicken salad sandwich. The cashier repeatedly corrected my sub orders with “ham SANDWICH” and “turkey SANDWICH” but that isn’t what I wanted. I wanted the speciality subs. When I clarified with SUBS, she still said sandwich and let me know that they don’t come with anything like lettuce (which the subs do). I gave up because I had work shortly after. When I got to the car, of course the subs were sandwiches and the chicken salad sandwich wasn’t anywhere to be found. The food is delicious but trying to communicate with the workers is frustrating.

First time eating here last Saturday as I've lived in the area for about 7 years and always wondered how the food tasted. When I walked in around 7, I could tell the employees were getting a bit disgruntled with the walk ins and they looked at me sort of awkward, but faked the funk anyways. The menu looked great and I ordered the veggie sub, veggie salad, and grilled cheese. When I got home the sub was okay, but not really warm, the salad was okay, and the grilled cheese I think wasn't even cooked being the sliced cheese was still the way it would be if pulled out of refrigerator. I'm writing this today being I think I must have eaten something undercooked or spoiled because since that day I've had stomach cramps and on the toilet constantly. Not to mention the guy at register was sneezing constantly over everything and didn't wash his hands once. I know it was the food because I stick to a strict diet at home and a vegetarian. So I eat the same things almost every day. I ventured out to try something new and now I'm sick! I was also a medic so putting two and two together let's me know it was the food from here.

Ordering online was quick and easy. I liked how I was able specify a time in which I’d like to pick up the order. When I arrived, it was a little unclear that the shelf on the side wall was for pick up orders, but the friendly staff pointed me in the right direction promptly. Back at home, I heard my parents mentioning a few things that weren’t correct with their orders, but honestly, I’m not sure if it was the restaurant’s mistake or if my mom made an error when ordering.
