Ordered an international turkey dip. It was perfectly ready when I got there. It was delicious. My chips. I haven’t eaten yet but they’re always good. And the service was amazing. They’re always nice. And the atmosphere is always fun. Everybody’s always nice. It’s always polite.

I’m a regular patron of this establishment. Each time I’m come I order the same thing (My Wife Salad). I always ask to get the Organic Harvest Lettuce, No ham w/extra turkey! And each time my salad come out INCORRECT! I always have to send it back which causes me to have to wait extended periods of time. Today it took about 15 - 20 minutes for me to get my salad and not to my suprise it was yet again not what I ordered! Instead of instantly offering to make the salad over they offered me a “side” of lettuce I declined! I’m assuming he was the manager that came from the back looking irritated (because the salad had to be remade) asking did I ask for the Organic Harvest Lettuce (No one is ever ever apologetic in any of the instances). I then just asked for a refund. Waiting 20/30 minutes at Groucho’s is ridiculous. I spent my entire lunch break waiting on salad! Now I’m waiting 2-3 business days for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
