Came here a few nights ago with some of my good friends aka bros from the frat house. We absolutely love to be rowdy and shirtless when we eat but this was not the place. We put on good suits, boots and some fine dining gloves and got to eating. We got hella good foods like steak, shrimp and other great foods. We also got hella dessert 🍨 as well which was low key bussin! We also got to see the weird YouTube guy kid behind a camera here stuffing his face with food . Oh that was awkward because he vlogged his whole dinner and loudly told the camera what he was eating. His girlfriend had to drive him because he don’t have a license. We said hi to him and he made it very awkward so we looked at our cowboy boots and cackled then left the restaurant. Service here was awesome we will absolutely most definitely be back here next time we r in the area! Btw just a warning the prices r high here so bring hella money ur gonna need it !

We stopped at Hall's Chophouse on the way home from vacation. We wanted a proper meal from eating junk while on vacation and this place did not disappoint. Our server, Bailey, was so incredibly sweet and her service was impeccable. We will be back and hopefully have Bailey serve us again!

We went there for our 12th anniversary, and they did not disappoint. Cody was very helpful in ordering and helped make the evening even more special. The food was delicious and the dinning room created a great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

Halls has been my favorite restaurant in Columbia for a long time, and I’ve been many times — the atmosphere, food, and service are usually excellent.
That said, during my most recent visit, our server offered us the option to try some “wagyu butter” with our steaks. It sounded like a nice touch, but at no point were we told there would be an additional charge — let alone a $56 one. When I received the bill, I was honestly shocked to see that added without any mention of the price beforehand.

I’m still a fan of Halls, but transparency matters, especially when it comes to high-end add-ons. I hope this was just a one-off miscommunication, but I’d recommend future guests ask about pricing for any specials or extras just to be safe.

Amazing food and always is a great meal. Steaks are very quality and make sure to get a compound butter and get the Cream Corn Skillet!! We also recommend the Calamari and the She Crab Soup/Chop Salad. The one issue is that sometimes the servers seem to forget about you which isn’t amazing considering the high price point. We’ve had Devon before and let me tell you HE IS ALWAYS on point, never forgets a thing - however the same cant be said for others…Overall amamzing establishment and love hospitality.

This is the second time the steak was over cooked or under cooked. They addressed the issue promptly but it definitely dilutes the experience.
