Love this Hardee's. Sometimes they are a little slow but the food always comes out fresh and the service is always nice.

It's no surprise that the words American and classic are posted. The burgers have a unique original taste that takes you back. Hardee's menu demands a moment of your time as you decide what to order, because the different choices for these delicious burgers are actually REAL options. Bottom line, these burgers are GOOD. Clean dining area and really nice staff, very polite. Not what you'd expect from a fast food joint. Definitely a notch above most.

I got the 5 pc chicken tenders combo with fries & drink! Everything was very good! Had to tell them as well!

Ran out of ketchup packets.I happen to really like ketchup on my fries.
Food was burnt, and old. They were nice enough to replace one of the sandwiches. Ceiling leaking and could use an update.

Customer service skills are very low. I think that is something all the employees should get more training on. My experience at drive-thru today was not good.
