Went thru the drive thru for lunch today. It was rather slow but the lady at the windows was great and the food was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would my last two visit thru the drive thru has been terrible! Ms.Barbara V needs and attitude check! It’s started from the speaker up until the window! While trying to understand why a combo that’s priced at 7.69 (loaded omelet combo) gave me a total of 11.36. I get to the window and trying to understand my total and she straight up ignored me! Very unprofessional and not the way one wants to start their morning!

My visit today was very unpleasant, the cashier Alease (the older lady) needs more training in her customer service skills. She was very rude and had an unpleasant attitude during our order. The other younger lady working with her had a much more pleasant attitude and was a lot nicer unfortunately I didn’t get her name

I recently seen the new BLT burger poster on the window and decided to try it out. I made an online order which was very convenient for me. Being that it was noon I was worried that there would be a long line or wait for my food. When I arrived my food was complete and ready. The burger was amazing nice and fresh.

This tape is the time I got my food but not the time I purchased my order which makes me feel like they're not wringing us up until we get to the window which makes their time look better for their company I ordered my food at 12:26 It ain't got my food at 12:35

All I wanted was a cheese burger with lettuce, tomato and onion on sourdough. She asked do you want a Frisco. I said no I don't want any bacon. I got a Frisco and no cheese. I gave it back to her. She apologized. Asked me to drive up. I went inside. I saw her check my sandwich. She put it in the bag. And assure me I was taken care of. I was distracted with a call. Get home. I get the same dry sandwich. No cheese. So I called, Spoke with the not so bright manager Malik who wanted me to bring the sandwich and the card it was paid with back up to the store. Why? He actually thought it was funny. He kept laughing which I thought was rude. Me coming back and having the sandwich made a 3rd time was not an options. I told him that he can remake another time. He stated that he couldn't do that. He would be risking his job. So I was just out if dinner. I couldn't eat a dry sandwich and I'm out the cost. This was my first and last time at the Hardee's.

As Hardee's is my family's first choice for breakfast. On Sunday morning this Sunday, I guess the manager or some lady is being very nasty. Didn't appreciate her attitude. She was arguing with employees about a cup of water. I think they need to find somebody else to run this store or operate this store, with a little less attitude and more kindness and professionalism. Passing food over the counter in what seems like in a haste.
Just had an order from Hardee's from doordash and just wanted to say it was delicious and the best I've had from a Hardee's before! You guys did an awesome job tonight. My husband even called to tell you guys and that's a good thing. Keep it up

This Hardee's location was good for me. It was not crowded and packed, which is what I like. The food was really good. It seemed like it was cooked fresh and was piping hot, which is something I have not always experienced at other Hardee's or other restaurants period. The staff was super nice, friendly, and engaging, which made the visit even more enjoyable. And she actually checked and verified that I was the actual person who mobile ordered the food. That is something I do not see often, because usually restaurant staff will just let anyone come in and grab a bag. That is something that I just appreciate because it reassures me that nobody played in good or grabbed my bag 🤷🏾.
