Morning staff is rude, they don't know how to talk to customer, when you get there they u biscuit been sitting up prepare in mass production and cold. B grade on the door.

Ordered a steak biscuit and a sausage and gravy biscuit. Asked for ketchup for my steak biscuit. She didn’t ask if to dine in or Togo. Saw her putting n a bag and said “ this is for dine in.” She obviously didn’t hear me because she continued to bag. After she handed me the bag I asked if she had given me the ketchup. She had not. When we got to the table, we had two sausage and gravy biscuits. I returned one for the correct steak biscuit. The cashier smelled of pot so maybe that was the problem. Also the sausage gravy biscuit had very little sausage. It was mostly watery gravy. I very seldom complain and not trying to get anyone fired. Just thought you should know. We eat breakfast here regularly and this was not our usual pleasant experience.

The restaurant was clean and service was friendly. The entire restaurant was decorated for Veterans Day and was fantastic!! They even had sign-in sheets for veterans. This is what we need to see more of in this country.
Food was pretty decent with a wide variety.

My husband ordered us breakfast and noticed items were missing . When he brought it to one of the workers attention saying I did put in the bag. When in fact he never met the worker with an attitude but simply telling her that he was missing an item . If someone’s paying their money on a service and product then they shouldn’t be met with confrontation.

0/10 do not recommend. Gave me a cold burger TWICE!! Drive-thru worker was rude and unprofessional. Hardess was the last fast food place on my list to get burgers since everything else has gone to ruin. I guess I will just stick to chicken from Chick-fil-A because they seem to be the only ones who get it. If you aren't happy with your profession choose another one. Don't get mad at customers because you flip burgers for a living. People work hard for their money. I expect to get a five star experience wherever I choose to spend my coin. This was extremely ridiculous. I just chose to keep the second cold burger and not push the issue for a refund because it was obvious the sit would have escalated. Won't be back there and I don't recommend anybody else to go there either. I will also be calling corporate.

I waited forever to order when nobody else was even eating there, took forever to get my food, got home and my burger had almost no ketchup or mustard on it and it soaked into the bun, the bun was somehow super soggy and smooshed flat, and on top of that it was over loaded with lettuce and falling apart. I once waited over 20 minutes here for French fries before just giving up. Update, i have since went back once out of being in a hurry, my burger was so burnt it was almost inedible. EDIT AGAIN!!! Went back Sept. 8th 6:40 PM, LAST TIME, waited 20 minutes for 3 tenders and fries while they were slow, I asked the girl if there was ketchup in the bag, she said yes, there wasn't. It's not a huge deal, BUT SHE LIED SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO WALK BACK INSIDE!

On this day, August 27 today makes the third day that I have went to Hardee’s in the morning when dropping off my grandchildren never had an issue until this morning August 27 when the young lady told me the tap machine wasn’t working and I can come in I stated that I have on my night clothes and she proceeded to talk about me to the other lady heavyset with a short burgundy red wig on the other lady had a curly wig on, and she said who comes outside and their night clothes I explained to her that I was simply dropping off my grandkids so I couldn’t come in and she continue to talk about me. That is very unprofessional. Don’t understand why y’all have people like that and y’all establishment I will be spreading the word to stop in and everybody that I know from coming there that’s not a good look.
