I bought 12 dollars worth of trash.. the strawberry biscuit was hard ASF. I ordered double cheeseburger no mustard but received a dry burger w mustard.. how do you manage that.. SMH do better follow hot lamp times rotate food etc 🤦

I walked in to pick up my breakfast I ordered through doordash. there was an employee standing at the register off to the right of me. she never acknowledged me. I thought maybe she was clocking in or out. or maybe on break because she just stood there drinking her drink and kind of hanging out. I also noticed what it looked like a member of management leaned over the back counter with her backside facing me and the front door. she never moved from that position or spot the entire time. another employee walked by and looked as though she was working, gathering orders for the drive thru. still nothing. finally a male employee emerges and acknowledges me. he asked if I was picking up for door dash and asked for the name. I said yes and stated my name. Demetria. ( pronounced Duh- Mee- Tree- Uhh ) he then says ok and starts looking around for my order on the counter. I then overheard the "possible member of management" woman (still with her back side turned to me) and his conversation about my order. I gathered that my order wasnt even ready or even thought of because they both appeared to be lost and confused about how to do their job. I then hear the manager lady say my name very loudly and actually correctly and then say, "or whatever her name is," with the nastiest attitude. My daughter was standing there waiting with me and overheard her loud and clear. I stood in silence while my daughter reiterated what we both heard and then goes on a rant on how rude and unprofessional the manager and staff all were. I stood there waiting like an invisible person while the staff laughed and joked and were being loud and saying inappropriate things to one another. No one said im sorry we are getting your order or let me know anything. My daughter was so upset she went to go and sit down in the dinning area near by. There were a few other customers in the restaurant sitting down and eating but it was not busy on the inside or in the drive thru. While we hung around feeling uncomfortable, waiting on my food, that notified me to be done about 15- 20 mins ago now. Another customer walks in and I overheard someone in the back kitchen area yell over the staff and manager playing around. "Hey yall there are customers waiting in the front." I rhen hear another employee say "oh well he just walked in." The employee that appeared to be busy with the drive thru earlier, came out and greeted the man very nicely and took his order. I still stood there still very much invisible and still waiting for my food. I remained silent with the worst look on my face of irritation and annoyance. My daughter approached me and asked what was wrong i told her im annoyed. After maybe 5 -10 mins later the male employee came back and handed me my food. I stood over at a table and checked to make sure the amount of items were in the bag. I made it home and come to find out they messed up my order with the wrong sandwich. I went through all the disrespect and waited around just for an incompetent staff and unprofessional manager to still mess up my order. I will never eat from this location again.

Cold food at 6am and they opened at 5am 🤔🤔🤔...Manager very rude and snatched the bag because I asked for a refund. Cinnamon rasin biscuits were like they were from a previous day and reheated. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!
