I love this location, never had an issue with my order. The staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast menu :i love their sausage and egg biscuits combo. Their biscuits are very fresh and not hard at all very fluffy. I also enjoy their hash browns very fresh and crispy. my father enjoys their biscuits and gravy combo thats his favorite. Lunch menu: i typically go for their burgers its so delicious and addictive. i have tried their chicken tenders and in my opinion they dont have a taste just kinda bland. I never dined in before so i can give a review on that. They have great parking very close to the building. Outside is always neat and clean. Never had to wait in line long for my order.

The past two times I’ve had overdone biscuits given to me, and they were not able to be used! Two girls at the drive through are really sweet. One has a son named Isaiah like me and the other wears breads and has freckles, blonde hair.

I pulled up to the drive through and the ai voice asked to take our order. After we put in an order, there was no reply. We sat there close to five minutes and still no reply. When we got ready to pull up to the window to see what the problem was, a man on the intercom said to please wait one moment.
After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to just go inside and order. As soon as I came inside, the young boy at the counter visually expressed that he was frustrated by saying “Damn”. I’m guessing because the door hadn’t been locked and another customer came inside. There were two other people by the counter waiting for their food. He walked right over and promptly locked the door. Mind you this is almost 25-30 minutes before time to close.
At no point did the employee greet me or say that he’d be with me in a moment. I stood there for a few minutes and even the customer asked me if I was going to order. I said that I would order when the employee was ready. There were three employee just stood there with his back to the customers and seemed like he was waiting on the single guy in the back to prepare the food. There was a third person with a yellow shirt on sweeping or mopping the floor in the back.
After a few more minutes, I decided to leave because this guy working seemed like he was really disappointed that he had to take orders during the normal business hours of operation. I could understand if I came in 3 minutes before closing time. Maybe they were short staffed or something. If he had just told me that they were a little backed up and that it would be a moment before he got to me, I could’ve easily understood that. But no, he completely ignored me. The only time he acknowledged me was when I asked him if I should unlock this door so I could leave.
Very unprofessional behavior. I think it will a very long time before I visit this establishment again.

Hot dog was hard as a rock and rubbery and the chili was a grey color.Hubby ordered a double and only got a single.I think the fries were several days old.

It took about 16 minutes, inside after ordering to receive my breakfast platter, and got the gravy but not a biscuit. And the would have charged me $1.29 for a cup of ice water with my paid coffee order. Also no Senior discount.

I went there for the gold star bbq chicken sandwich and a plain cheeseburger I got half way home opened my chicken sandwich to find out it was a cheeseburger ok they messed up no big deal I’ll get over it. The plain cheeseburger was for my step daughter and it had everything It so she didn’t eat it I wasted 21 dollars on a order that wasn’t correct all the way around so I called 11 times no answer poor customer service poor service all around I will now have to drive there and flip out bc of the unprofessionalism

My husband and I moved to Columbia one and a half years ago and started going to this Hardee’s. The atmosphere is outstanding, love the decorations and cleanliness, and every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful.
