Everything exceeded my expectations about this place. I visited there during their 5th year anniversary week and they had some really great specials going on. There was happy hour all night and special menu items added during that week. I had the Tom Collins drink and I had the short rib with sweet potato and it was very good. That was my 2nd time visiting and I will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely amazing experience eating here the other night. Finally, there's another restaurant in Columbia that I want to go back to. Definitely will be going back again. The Deviled Eggs Appetizer is a must have, and over all it was a great dining experience with great food and service. Highly recommend!

Mushroom toast was delicious, every cocktail was delicious especially the bourbon drink with "NY" in the title was delicious, definitely one of the best in the menu if you're looking for a balanced bourbon drink. Roasted half chicken was delicious and moist, shrimp were cute, and salmon rilletes were good..... it was definitely the salmon toast for me. Can't wait to come back and try more. The rooftop is a vibe... best rooftop I've been to in columbia.. and I currently work at a rooftop bar? Ambiance!!!!

Atmosphere here is great. The food was excellent. I ordered the short ribs which was served over mashed sweet potatoes. Salad was fresh. My son had the roasted chicken and beef tartar. The portion sizes were great.
Drinks, appetizers, and three of four mains courses were great and flavorful. The porch chop I ordered was completely raw on the rib end. Not noticed until after I ate the tenderloin.When I brought it to the attention of our previously very nice waitresses, she flipped. The manager offered to correct my meal. I said to just bring me a cooked steak and everything would be fine. They brought me a 4-once piece of strip steak then charged me for the entire New York Strip meal, but took off the chop meal ($5 increase).In hindsight, I should’ve just said to reduce the price of my pork chop meal by half.We were more disappointed by our nice waitress snapping at us than the raw chop. We realize mistakes happen. It was just sad that we had such a fun time talking with her before that.In all fairness, we’ve been here once before and received wonderful food with great customer service.

I went to Hendrix around the time when they opened. I don’t remember it being as tasty and having as many options as it does today! Outstanding service and the food is the best in town. Very charming and upscale, but super comfortable atmosphere. Perfectly cooked, unique and delicious dishes, and creative. Everything I have had has been delicious!
