We came just after lunch. This was both of our first time having Korean barbecue and it was amazing. The flavors were outstanding and the service was great. I will definitely be back.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the service and food. this place had a very authentic feel to it. we came about an hour before they closed but our waitress didn't seem to mind. she was the sweetest person ever she answered all the questions and didn't get frustrated. The Hibachi Table is not electric she brought out a pail of wood pieces that was lit on fire. we all cooked our usual dishes and tried several new ones 10 ?

This was my first time but one of my daughter's favorite places. It was more pricey for lunch than I expected but the food was plentiful and delicious, and the sever was very friendly and attentive. We had the Bul Go Ki and the Dae Ge Bul Go Ki. I would be glad to eat here again, (just not for lunch).Features: They require masks to come through the door and be seated, but not at the table.

Amazing & unique dining experience an absolute hidden gem in Columbia and a must try.Waitress was the extremely kind and courteous and truly added to our enjoyment of the restraunt.If you haven't been here before you absolutely can't go wrong with trying the BBQ table as it's a wonderfully unique experience and I highly recommend it along with the pork belly which was delicious.

Some of the best food that I have ever tasted! Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff is genuinely friendly. We had the pork and Tuk Bae Ki Bui. I wish that I had discovered this restaurant years ago. The menu agrees with my low carb high protein diet while maintaining a significant amount of flavor. This restaurant has earned a regular customer from me!

Wonderful authentic Korean soup/kbbq place in cola! Food always comes out amazing, super hot and flavorful. The restaurant owner is extremely kind and generous. It can be hard to get a BBQ table during peak times, but that’s fine as the regular menu is amazing. Probably my favorite spot in town.

Always enjoy the bibimbap. Husband and wife team so sometimes the food can be a bit slow. Not the cheapest lunch option but it's delicious Korean food if you have a hankering for Korean.

I wish I could actually write a review of the food or service. I can't though, because their hours are apparently made up. When I walked (45 minutes before their closing time posted on their sign) I was rudely yelled at that the business was closed. Again, this is despite the sign on their door. After being rushed put, they turned off the hours and open sign.If they even bothered to explain that they were closing due to staffing, supply, or literally any reason; I wouldn't have been upset. This was unacceptable.

Our favorite place to eat in Columbia! We love to come to Hero on special occasions and family outings. Our favorite dish is Bul-go-ki. Even with a family of 6 everyone walks away full and satisfied. My wife is Korean and she's always asking me to take her here. That speaks volumes about their authentic Korean dishes. Love the food and staff is friendly every single time. I highly recommend you give Hero a try!
