Hickory has been our go-to local spot for years. The patio is great. In the winter months, the inside vibe is ok. We had a great server today. Food not great. No vegetarian selections and the power bowl was something a sophomore in college could make. Hostesses ignored us on the way out. Overall, has potential and we’re rooting for the place but not a destination.

I want to thank the team and their management at this location for excellent customer service. I had minor concern about my meal. Once I shared my concerns with my bartender Autumn she was able to make corrections and brought my meal out. She displayed calm and courteous to my issue. I really wanted to like this restaurant because the appearance is great and menu looked tasty but the service completely ruined the experience. It took 48 minutes just to receive our appetizer, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. By the time we got our actual meals, we had been sitting there for well over an hour. The restaurant was basically empty. Our waitress didn’t refill our drinks a single time until we finally asked, despite the fact that she walked past our table multiple times. Instead of checking on us or doing her job, she spent most of the time standing around laughing and chatting with the other waitresses. Has the potential to have a great atmosphere, but terrible service and cold food, ribs were bathed in sauce to hide the fact they were gross. Tavern chips were fantastic though! Definitely not worth the time or money. I’ve never left a terrible review for any place…until today.
This was an excellent place to go for a Sunday lunch. The food was amazing and the server, Kate B, did an amazing job. Everyone from servers, hosts, and managment were friendly. This was the first time there but definitely not the last. Would highly recommend this restaurant especially the spinach dip!!!

Came during lunchtime when it is generally slow and took over 50mins to get our appetizer and when we got it, it was cold. All while all the servers were talking, laughing and having a good time while we're just sitting wondering where our food was.
Do not recommend to eat here. Which sucks because this place looks really nice and nicely build. Just go somewhere where else.
