I Heart Mac & Cheese

I guess they're not super busy so they only have one person working, but it just seems inefficient to have the same person taking the order, making the order, cashing out the order, then halting the making of the next order to take the first order out of the oven and package it.I had the grilled cheese combo with pepper jack and pepperoni. I thought it would be sliced pepperoni but it was just little chunks, which seems odd on a sandwich. I couldn't really taste them. The combo includes a sandwich, a bit of tomato soup and a few tots for 11.95. In my opinion, it is not worth it. The sandwich was just meh and the couple tablespoons of soup was not enough. I went bc my daughter wanted a grilled cheese and I was recovering from chemo and didn't feel like cooking. Next time I'll let her make her own.

We’re a vegan family of 5 and have frequented this location many times. It rarely misses! Service is always pleasant, even with teens. We’ve been in when understaffed and still a pleasant experience. The wait is long but our food is hot. I do better ordering via app and picking up. It is a little pricey too but nothing out of the ordinary when eating out as a family of 5….eating “vegan”. ? I can’t speak for other menu items but we get it in and truly ❤️ I ❤️ Mac & Cheese!

If I could give zero stars I would!! I was originally excited to try this place as it’s not a common theme when it comes to restaurants. We JUST got “done” with our food. This place is way over priced for what they are serving people!!! The food was absolutely bland. I got the chicken Parmesan Mac and the entire thing had no flavor. I had high hopes and was extremely disappointed. Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone!!!!

You want a laugh? Ask them for the grilled cheese kids meal with a side of soup and then take a look at your “side of soup”.Looks of the place were beautiful. Food, bland and not good. Crust of grilled cheese was too burnt. Mac n cheese was bland. Portions were small and over priced. Dude, if you’re going to spend the money, just go to chic fil a. You’ll regret spending your money here.

Horrible food. Grilled cheese sandwich was horrible really bad taste. Soup with meal is just a side size . Soggy chicken .very overly priced not worth it at all. Please save your money and go to some better restaurant like Panera .

Food is gross. Like super gross. I spent almost $19 on a Mac bowl +tip. The cheese sauce is worse than generic. The "crispy chicken" are these weird soggy little balls that taste like the inside of a freezer. Super disappointed that I spent $19 and took two bites and threw it out.

Oh My Goodness!!! If you like mac and cheese, you're gonna love this place!!! There are some signature bowls to choose from, but I opted out to create my own bowl. There are different sides, proteins and toppings to add to your bowl. Absolutely delicious!!!

I went here and had to leave because every single item I tried to order they were out of, I mean everything. I tried to order many alternatives, they had no proteins, it would have been easier if they had just told me what they did have in stock. I guess I’ll never know if they’re any good because I won’t be back.

The restaurant has vegan options, vegetarian options, keto, and more. My husband and I tried this place for the first time and the service was good the young lady was working alone. The food made me realize I do not like the taste of beyond meat but overall it was a nice environment.

Super good , however the side of tater tots and sauce need some work on the proportions and also hair nets please because I believe I did see a piece of hair but idk if I’m tripping and my mushrooms on sandwich were missing …however it was good .

High hopes unmet. At least for the "signature mac bites" and the grilled cheese. But they have trustworthy brown take-out bags.Grilled cheese sandwiches are not grilled, here. They're toasted in convection ovens or in those contraptions that move inexpensive pizzas through a steel conveyor-toaster-thing.All those "grilled" cheese sandwiches running through that machine equals burned breadcrumbs so the whole place smelled like burnt toast. It made me sneeze.Actually, my "grilled" cheese sandwich tasted like a burnt, crispy-oily sneeze. They slather some mystery oil on the bread. To get a nice crunch, I suppose. If you like your cardboard oily-crunchy, and tasteless, then this is the place for you (or someone you dislike).The one poor kid, working all alone on a Monday night, tried their best. They were pleasant and greeted people.The signature mac bites seem to be a lab-manufactured carbohydrate soaked in something yellow and rolled in bread crumbs. Unsalted. I could only manage one bite of these bites, and couldn't force even that one little bit down. The sturdy brown take-away bag received what I almost swallowed. I was thankful for the sturdy bag. That bag is my new best friend. I'm pretty sure it saved my car's floor-mat from leaping out of the car in disgust.Real restaurants have stoves and hoods. And chefs.This is not even a fever dream of a restaurant. I don't know what it is, but I'm not going back to try the mac n' cheese bowls to find out.

My first experience but definitely not my last! Everything was so delicious and Mita was so helpful!! 10/10 recommend!

Vegetarian options: Fantastic Options!

Very very yummy. I was hesitant thinking just Mac and cheese stuff, but the build your own grilled cheese was amazing! You can also add Mac and cheese to this but I just did a buffalo chicken with veggies grilled cheese and it did not disappoint! I love that you get a side of tomato soup to dip (which is also great). Next time I think I will try to tacos that have Mac in them…so basically they mix whatever you want with the Mac then put in on the taco. You should totally try this-and bring your appetite!

The food is very good. Everything had great flavor. Quick service and reasonable pricing.

I really enjoyed this place. We went on Christmas Eve and it was cold out. A grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup really hit the spot. The food tasted good and came up quickly. I also loved the heart shaped bowls. I thought it was a really cute little touch. I'd recommended it and look forward to going back.
