Calling for IHOP, you should change staffs in this location. The lady let us wait too long to be seated when they barely have costumers. Then when we are seated, act like they don’t want to serve you, didn’t even bring us drinks. They act like they don’t want to be bother. Been to this place multiple times through the years and the service getting worst.

The lack of interest on the part of the staff often means that you don't have the best day, I don't understand why half the tables are empty and many people waiting for a table. We left. I will return but not to that branch.

THEY MUST CHANGE THE STAFF NOW !!!!!!!1 . they sat us at a table where they HAD false eyelashes thrown away, what don't they clean? I think that must have been my sign to run away2. we waited too long for the food, and for a COLD, BURNED AND CHANGED meal apart from the fact that it was not complete.3 . they never came to ask if something was missing or if we wanted something else EVERYTHING VERY BAD NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PLACE WAS SO EMPTYTHE OWNERS SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE!!EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE AND IT DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARWE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I called and placed an order 15 minutes before I arrived to the restaurant. Get there for the serve to walk to the back like she checking on the order, to come back and say I’m sorry I didn’t save the order. Had to redo the order only for the server to mess up one of the orders.

Went here on a Saturday at 130 AM and they wouldn't even let us dine in, even though they're open 24 hours on the weekend. Take out only. What a joke. Was ignored by the staff. Will not be coming here again. Waffle House is better at 1 AM that this joke of a restaurant.

Okay so I just had an weird experience so first Red flag the server brought our drinks and had the bowl of lemon on top of one of the water and the bowl was in the water ok so not drinking that while waiting on our order im rhe booth across from us and Roach was running up and down the booth needless to say we cancelled our order and left...

This location is terrible so while ordering the server had the most terrible attitude and I had to use the restroom I turned around at that door it looked horrible you might as well go to waffle

Walked in and heard the manager talking about killing bugs. Should have left then but we were starving. Asked for a waffle combo, and after waiting like 30 minutes with no one else in the restaurant our food finally came out but was told the waffle maker was broken. Opted for strawberry banana French toast, then was given a burnt waffle . It was supposed to be the strawberry cheesecake waffle but they put the ricotta icing on it. Couldn’t even eat it. French toast looked like it wasn’t even cooked just dipped in egg. Pancakes were wet in the middle. Overall we spent $50 to eat some eggs
