They were busy….so slow service is understanding; HOWEVER, it is NOT an excuse. The food came out COLD. The service was pretty good, up until we paid for our check and he disappeared. My coffee was NOT refilled one time after we paid, and we sat and chatted for another hour, since it had died down. There was a guy mopping and it stank so badly, I was getting nauseated. I advised one of the servers that the mop head and water needed to be changed. (I was in the restaurant business for over 29 years and KNOW a sour mop smell.) The server told the manager who then came out and said LOUDLY that she didn’t smell anything. The few people that were there, held their noses or covered their nose as they were walking out. We went ahead and left as well before the little bit of food I did eat, came up.

I didn't get my waiters name but he was great.Nice and friendly however i don't understand why it calls me twenty dollars for breakfast , two turkey sausage scramble eggs with cheese on top and 2 pancakes and a drink, usually that only runs $8. $9 at the most with tax. This particular how it charges $,20 for that, I won't be going back there telling me all the prices get higher on the weekend. So every 5 people he'd have made A hundred dollars , this is very poor price gulging service

I placed an order through door dash....got the wrong food delivered. Ticket was correct but the restaurant made a mistake. I rarely use door dash, and was starving. Fastest way to get food since they didn't answer the phone was to drive it back up there myself. The manager lady first tells me I have to go through door dash for them to call them to remake it. Im hungry, I'm here, I brought your mistake back...so she has the meal remade, I ask for her to just plate it so I can eat it there. Im told that once an order is made/placed for to go that it cant be eaten inside. Mind you, I'm a PAYING customer. I didn't bring food from somewhere else and want to eat it inside. I just wanted to eat since I already had to wait longer because of the food being delivered wrong. I proceed to eat it at the counter since she didn't want to get me a table. She calls the cops on me for eating food I paid for in the restaurant.

I made an order through Door Dash and I received my receipt, which was right,but someone else order was in my bag instead of mine. I contacted the store about the mix up and not only did the lady have a bad attitude,but proceeded to blame the mistake on the Door Dash. Door Dash did not bag my order. Customer Service was horrible!!!!!!!

Coffee cake pancakes are pretty good. They are sweet enough that you don't even need to add additional syrup.
