My grandmother and I had an amazing first time at insomnia.Wednesdays night staff is amazing! Zyon was very helpful and patient while we decided what we wanted to order and the cookies came out fresh and warm.

The double chocolate chunk and the brookie are amazing. They came out super fresh and hot. They also came out super quickly. Amazing price for them as well unlike some other places… and it tastes way better as well. Insomniac for the win!

My wife and I visit here frequently and have never really had any complaints until tonight to our surprise when we got home and unboxed the cookies they were cold not even lukewarm. Great place for sweets though.
Its amazing how cheap you are rerouting your orders thru door dash and expecting the drivers to deliver your cookies for free. You should be ashamed of yourself

I ordered 12 individually wrapped cookies for my child’s class for his birthday. I ordered 6 chocolate chip and 6 confetti. On their website it does not say the cookies are different sizes. The deluxe cookies does have an up charge but I assumed that was for more gourmet flavors not the size of the cookies. I spoke with a lady on the phone who says they couldn’t do anything about she suggested I “cut the cookies in half” lol…I’m not seeing how there is no way to accommodate a paying customer. She could have simply given me a discount to purchase more cookies or replace them. Unfortunately she said that’s above her pay grade.
