We love insomnia cookies. Always delivered accurately and in a reasonable time. My favorite are the m&m cookies but the ice cream is dope too.

Visited this Insominia location while in Columbia because it was right next to The Cocky Rooster. The cookies were not as good as most locations, but the part that upset me was how small they were! I paid $6 for 2 small cookies

Walked into Insomnia Cookies several customers were just sitting around waiting to be served. Waited about 10 minutes and nobody ever came or even acknowledged us with a greeting or anything so I just left. Will never be back here and I do not recommend coming here either unless you want to be treated like trash.

This was my first time..on Valentine's Day they were packed no seats to sit had to wait 30 minutes because they have my order to someone else but they did give me some extras for the long wait..

Overall a decent experience although the service was below mediocre. The guy working the counter was very rude and unprofessional. (lighter toned heavier set black guy with glasses) He kept giving us nasty looks as we were sitting down and at the register had the nastiest attitude as if we were inconveniencing him. Been to Insomnia multiplying times but he just soured the experience. The food great, but him not so much. If you’re having late night cravings just make sure that he’s not around.

After getting home and trying their cookies they were decent. But I had one problem 😡 This cookie place was limited to the cookies they had. How are you not prepared, and you are only making cookies 😭😆

Don’t order a cookie cake from here. I ordered a 10 inch happy birthday cookie cake. I received a 6 inch cookie cake. This was through a 3rd party delivery and they refuse to issue me any refund. The cookie cake was terrible and didn’t have frosting on it as requested. And a piece of paper like thing in the middle. (And yes some was eaten before the picture was taken) I posted what I received vs advertised on website
