The food was dry. No gravy on my curry goat and it was full of bones and cartilage. The rice and peas were seasoned well but it was dry. Mac and cheese was decent and the plantains were good.

first off i hate saying something bad about my people but whoever given these people 5 stars please stop making people waste their hard earned money on this nasty food ??this food was trash ? trash ? the rice was some different type of rice it just felt weird in my mouth hard and dry tasted like chopped up cardboard NO BEANS, NO FLAVOR , DRY DRY DRY, NO GRAVY THE OX TAILS had NO SEASON...CHICKEN TASTED LIKE REGULAR BAKED CHICKEN AND THE PLANTAIN WAS GREEN AND DRY JUST HORRIBLE!!! im going back to st Andrew's For my Caribbean food for now own I hate they were close today.but do yourself a favor stay away from these people

Very disappointed with the food we received. The small jerk chicken plate was just that, small. I received three of the tiniest and dry pieces. The jerk chicken appeared to be overcooked or old. The plate came with 3 sides. So I chose plantains, cabbage, and green beans. The plantains were the worse I've had, the cabbage was okay and the green beans were flavorless. I would give this entire meal 4/10. The large oxtail plate was basic. It also came with 3 sides; macaroni, white rice, and cabbage. Definitely the least enjoyable oxtails we've tried in the area. The macaroni needed salt and the oxtails were tough.

The food is just not seasoned at all..Im still in shock cause how?got home and put some seasoned salt on it..now I can eat some but the rice is long grain I think and that feels weird smh

Don’t waste your money. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this establishment. The food is not good at all. The rice and beans tasted like ketchup and was very hard and the jerk chicken was literally just grilled barbecue chicken. The chicken was dry and hard and burnt and definitely not cooked properly. The portions were horrible and i was served a dry chicken tenderloin along with 2 small burnt chicken wings as a serving of jerk chicken. I dont know who is responsible for cooking here but its time for a new cook or something because there was nothing island or Jamaican about that food.

Walked up with some co workers and the dine in was closed. But you could order through a bulletproof window lol. So I knew the food was gonna be outstanding. Ordered oxtails with Mac and cabbage. This was Cooked perfectly. Definitely going back for lunch.
Worst Jamaican food that has EVER* touched my taste buds. The portions really are trifling. The oxtails small as can be, Really would like a refund truthfully, but is what it is. Will never return though. Spent all that money for it to be god awful, literally. The meat been DRY, you ask for sauce they talking about they don’t have none… so what y’all soaked the goat in… dirt? plaintains? Dry as can be, ain’t never had no plaintains that’s dry as some knee caps. Coco bread? Greasy. 0/0 if you want GOOD JAMAICAN, GOTTA’ BE JERKIN! They’ll appreciate your money as well as pour love into your food!Parking: Etc.

Isn’t that like how it used to be from when I started going there? I don’t know if the food not the same anymore but I basically threw that whole plate away. but I can say I did like the mac & cheese but the beans and rice the rice was hard. The beans were a little bit too, but I don’t know if that’s how they cook their food.

Off the chain !!! The food was delicious and everything was very fresh. Full of flavor and not salty. They should write a book on how to prepare food that doesn't require salt shaking and condiments to taste good. Highly recommended !
