The prime rib was excellent. The service matched the food. Great place, we would highly recommend.

I am a regular patron, one day last week I brought a friend from out of town to experience the place that I go all the time. The front of the house manager Tina, was so rude my friend said she couldn't believe I spend my money here. I had to explain I never experienced that type of rudeness before. Tina needs a retrain on the customer service expeditiously.
There was a short black hair in my She Crab Soup. Although I’ve had good food here before; I will not be able to return, I cannot get the sight out of my head. Reported to the waitress and she did remove the barely touched soup off the table and off of my tab. I enjoyed my house salad.

The salad came out very sparse. I said it is so small. Waitress said it had been a slow month and cut backs were made. She had some more eggs put on. Then the prime rib came. It was stone cold. It looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Not going to go back.

Please Don't order the SHE CRAB Soup, the charge 9 dollars for a cup of soup, They use to sell the soup in a bowl but now they sell a small 10 Oz up for 8.75 or 9 dollars, You pay more for less 🤔. No need to talk to management they Don't care.
Good food but a bit pricey for our budget

A friend & I just left J.R. Cash’s Grill & Bar after an * outstanding* experience. The food was great-fresh salads, delicious she crab soup and a huge brownie sundae (Get two spoons. & share!), and the prices were reasonable.
All of that was excellent. What made the visit outstanding, however, was Kylia, our server. Kylia is a people person. She made us feel welcome and cared for. She knew the menu inside out. She visited our table several times to check on us, brought drink refills when she noticed that our drinks were low, and she was personable and very, very pleasant throughout.
I love to go out to eat, and I do it often. However, this is the first time I’ve left a Google review about my experience. J.R. Cash’s Grill and Bar and *especially* Kylia deserved a glowing recommendation.

Overall good place to grab a bite to eat. Nothing fancy but it's good and you get good service. Pretty nice looking bar as well.

Hands down one of the best places to eat in Columbia. When we first came in they said there would be an approximate 15 minute wait and got my phone number. I was text a link with my place in line, and 5 minutes later we got our booth. Lenaysa waited on us, and was on top of it! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She is a great part of their team. After ordering we received our food within 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely satisfied with what they ordered. They run neck and neck with the Hooters burgers, and that says a lot! It's a great atmosphere, music playing, but you can still hold a conversation at your table. We will now be regulars!

This place is heaven. Good food cooked by cooks who care but are underpaid. I went to eat there with a party and our food was great. I love.

I used to go here for lunch. Then something happened to the service and they became extremely slow during lunch. I've waited over an hour for lunch on a few occasions and had to give a disclaimer of slow service for training classes so they would not eat here for lunch since so many people's were late getting back to class. Recently, I visited and was surprised by the size of the chicken tenders. They were so small, almost like they were cut in half. I've never seen the lunch portion look like this before. They were seasoned ok, they just shrunk in size.

This was our first time at JR Cash. The service was HORRIBLE. The manager was very rude and flippant when we sought his assistance. My husband is disabled and had to struggle out of his wheel chair to to sit in a booth because they wouldn't seat us at a table. We asked for more bread and was charged $7.50 for additional bread without being told there was an additional cost for more bread. Overall HORRID from management to wait staff. Never again!
