They were nice but each time i go my items are literally like SOUP! Not frozen at all. It’s like they don’t use any ice. The first time i ordered a Mango smoothie.. it was not a smoothie at all, just basically juice. The second time, i ordered 2 Island Pitaya (dragon fruit ) bowl for my son and I and again just a bowl of juice. no consistency or thickness. I was so disappointed. jamba is a personal favorite it if this is the only place I can get it, I think i’m done . ?

The smoothie was not filled to the top. The fruit was not all the way ground up. The taste was good, but a little disappointing for the price.
There were 2 signs that stated their deal of getting a free classic pretzel when you order a large smoothie or bowl during their Happy Hour Mon - Fri from 2-5pm. It was 3pm on Friday when I ordered.After the lady made my large smoothie, I asked about the free pretzel. She shrugged and said that she had no idea what I was talking about. She asked her co-worker about it, and this co-worker wouldn’t even look at me while she said that the deal is ‘buy a pretzel, get a free smoothie or bowl.’ I was confused and told them both that the sign actually states the opposite of what she was saying. The second lady still refused to look at me and neither cared to look at the signs themselves to confirm.I just walked away slowly, thinking how unaware & rude they were.

If you want anything from Jamba Juice, wait in line for about 10 min, just for them to tell you to comeback in 30 minutes because they have no one to make smoothies, while they complain to their coworker on how customers keep on lining up. This is the last time I give my business to Jamba apparently it is a bother to them to be in the service industry.
The girl at counter was so sweet however her coworkers were sitting around talking to mall security for 20 minutes before another customer and I got our drinks. (No one else in line) my husbands smoothie wasn’t blended all the way ? & my “mangos dragonfruit” was no where near the photo. Terrible customer service.

Extremely rude staff. Our group of 4 were looking to spend a decent amount of money there yesterday afternoon but when we walked to the counter to ask the girl where we should stand to order(nobody was there but us) she kept typing away on her phone and completely ignored us. So I asked again “excuse me ma’am where should we go to order?” And before I could finish the sentence she loudly yells “over there!” And points at the other counter at the other end and goes back to typing on her phone. We went elsewhere because I refuse to spend money at a place that treats me that way
States the open at 10am they don't they open @ 11am. Staff is RUDE.
Website won't let you order from Columbiana location. Only gives Charlotte option. Maybe they're closed. Moving on to another store.
Jamba makes the best smoothie bowls I’ve had in the area. Lately, Jamba been off and on with being open. So, when my kids got me a smoothie bowl I was excited. Thanks to the female or females that prepared the Acai bowl! It was delicious and made my day! Thank you very much! Hope to enjoy more tasty bowls in the future.

It was Delicious, plus I might not have tried it since unfamiliar. I received Team Mobile Tuesdays are reward days! My fresh fruit drink was awesome. You watch them make it.
It makes no sense that the machinesare down for the whole day . No smoothies no acia bowls. It's ridiculous
I'd love to be able to tell you how good or bad this Jamba Juice is but out of the 3 times we tried to get something between 6-630pm each time I was told they were already closed. And by told, I mean the last time the rude girl just pointed to some other guy behind the counter every time I asked. I had to bring up that pointing at someone doesn't count as an answer and he finally came over. He is also flustered with me asking what time they close because the site say 7pm and it was no where near that. Then he just keeps saying, they are in a shortage.Since they cannot keep the hours they list as being open they should honestly just close down. I cannot describe how frustrating it is when your daughter is excited every time for Jamba Juice only to be let down each time. I honestly have no reason to shop at this or any Jamba Juice again. Don't waste your time.
I drove over an hour to get some Jamba Juice and the are closed. The hours are listed as 10-9pm
My son waited in line for a smoothie, since it is called Jamba Juice afterall, only to be told when he ordered "ohh... the guy who makes those is about to get off" Why be open then? Why be a juice if don't offer those? Crazy. Thanks for notning
