They don’t even qualify for one star on tonight- they decided to close earlier than their noted posted time - I ordered online and was charged, HOW and they were not even open? Do better Jersey Mikes!!!!!!!! I want my refund replaced quickly in full inevitably-

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's in the area! The staff know what exemplary customer service means! The food is also delicious, I really enjoyed my tuna sub. It was my first time here but I've done pick ups for deliveries lots of times at both locations in Irmo and at the other one the line doesn't move for 15 minutes sometimes, it's insane. Here they're super fast and get the job done with a smile!

Great experience. We picked up dinner tonight, and decided we’d Jersey Mike’s for the first time. Sandwiches were delicious but the customer service was fantastic! Morgan, Zach and Amber were exceptional. Great service, excellent food and a spotless environment… you can’t ask for anything better.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago after boycotting jersey Mike's for a year and a half from the other columbia location serving me undercooked sub roll, will not be returning to any jersey Mike's, this time i asked for extra mayo on my roast beef sub, they put so much mayo on it it was disgusting, 1/4 inch on the sub, when i squeezed it, it fell out, unappetizing. The other sub was Chipotle steak and cheese both giant subs, this wasnt supposed to have extra anything but had next to nothing for meat and triple the normal amount of sauce. Sorry jersey Mike's, this was your last chance and you messed it up.

I always get the same thing at JM. The food at some locations has zero taste and other locations the food is very flavorful. Again, I always get the same exact sandwich every time. This location is top of the line - flavorful, fresh, fast, clean and nice staff. It's worth my time and money.
