Was there under second thoughts of even trying them once again. Sure enough had a coupon for buy 1/2 get 1/2. Told them I had that coupon and ordered two. Wait forever for Philly cheese steak (second mistake...always forever) finally after 30 minutes went to pay for and pick up my order ...of course they only made 1/2 . Disgusted I told them to keep it. This was mid December 2025. I just saw one of the chains ads on the Steelers game abd thought about how good the food can be at Jersey Mike's but how terrible this Devine street Columbia SC locations service is. Never going back as they screw up something every time and take forever. Don't waste your time with this location. I never will again.

On January 11, 2026, at approximately 12:45 PM, I visited Jersey Mike’s to place an order. Upon entering, I mistakenly approached the payment counter instead of the order line. The payment team member kindly informed me that I was in the wrong line and directed me to the order line. The restaurant was busy for a Sunday afternoon.

As I moved to the order line, the order line employee informed me that a customer ahead of me should be served first. I explained that I had been in the store before her and was redirected by her colleague. The other customer graciously allowed me to go ahead, and I thanked the customer. I also thanked the employee at the register for clarifying the process.

When I began placing my order, the order line employee (the shortest African American female there) who had spoken to me earlier displayed a rude attitude toward me, seemingly because I had initially been in the wrong line. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but her tone and demeanor were unprofessional.

Shortly afterward, I overheard this employee speaking negatively about me to her colleague within earshot. Before leaving, I calmly addressed the situation in front of other customers, acknowledging that I had overlooked the “Order Here” sign and that the mistake was mine. I also stated, “We are all human and make mistakes,” and expressed that speaking about customers in that manner is inappropriate in a business setting. Also, getting upset about about a simple mistake is wild, along with me not being rude to her at all. Her response was dismissive; she pointed out the sign, rolled her eyes, and then avoided further conversation by hiding behind the slicing machine.

I am sure her colleagues and supervisor are aware of her attitude, because the food preparer and cashier were listening and looking at me when I addressed the situation. I chose not to escalate the matter to a manager, because if they see this and she does it to me, seems like it is normal for her. I did not get her name. I believe this type of attitude reflects poorly on the establishment. Customer service is essential in this environment, and professionalism should be maintained, unless I was rude and calling her names. Which I was not by any means. Jersey Mike's will either look into this matter and fix it, or try to frame me as a bad customer. I hope this feedback helps improve service standards at this location.

Placed an order at 3:57 and walked in shortly after. Told them my name and they said they’re working on it. After 2 full lines had come and gone i decided to get into there myself after trying to cancel my order on the app which i couldn’t . When i got up they asked what i wanted and I said i had an online order. Another 10 minutes later i finally get my COLD sub. Order Placed at 3:57. Order Received at 4:48.

After working almost 15hrs in crime scene, tired and ready to go home, my husband stopped in to get me a very simple sub. Philly cheese, just onions (extra onions and mayo with regular mustard. THIS IS WHAT I CAME HOME TO. He repeated his self TWO TIMES AT THAT. I have peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles EVERYTHING I DO NOT EAT.

I’m so upset right now after craving a tuna sub all day, I went into the location and literally watched the guy that was handling money with gloves on also handle the food without changing his gloves. It’s common sense really. To be on the safe side they just need to have the person that’s working the register stay on the register to avoid this. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES and I’m surprised no one else spoke up. Gosh I can’t eat nowhere these days

This is the second time in two weeks. The first time the service was slow and I received the wrong order. Today 12/20/25 at 1:02 pm, I’ll waited for 12 minutes to have my sandwich to be finished. The taller male employee switched jobs with the female with grey hair. She started yelling how did I want my sandwich. I told her there was no need is yelling I don’t have a hearing deficit. She made a few another comment. I ended up walking out. This Jerseys Mikes store really needs better employee training. I submitted a complaint on their corporate website, waiting to see if the franchisee will contact after reviewing their store cameras. Also, The point of sale terminal is in desperate need of cleaning.

This is the worst run Jersy Mike's I have ever been too. There is no organization, teamwork, or management. Ordered and paid online and was told my sub would be ready then spent 30 minutes in the store because the employee was untrained and unprofessional. I will never come back.

I put in a mobile order (#8 in a bowl, Mike’s way with no onion) that was supposed to be ready at 11:47. I walked in around 11:45. There were multiple walk-ins who were in and out before I was even acknowledged, so at 12:03pm, I kindly asked if I could cancel my order because I needed to get back to work. They said they had just started to work on it because they were busy, and I told her I completely understood and didn’t give them any attitude. I actually smiled at them and said it was okay. After this, one of the employees just stared at me and gave me the rudest looks. I ignored it. Once I received my order, I knew it they had gotten it wrong, but I didn’t want to cause a scene because they already treated me like I was an inconvenience. I just took it as a loss. As I walked away, I heard the staff member who was staring at me say very loudly, “I don’t understand why people come in here when they’re in a rush.” I chose to walk away and not respond, but it completely baffled me. I would not have been in a rush to get back to work if my food didn’t take 20 minutes to be ready after the app said it would be ready. Prompt service should not be a lot to ask for and treating your customers poorly is not the way to go about that. Be kind.

The whole time I was in there the employee behind the counter complained about everything and anything, especially the Christmas music she is forced to listen to and the fact that she hated her job and couldn’t wait to leave it. At the time there were only two employees there, and
no managers to be found. And to top it off one of the sandwich’s was wrong, didn’t discover this until I got my order home.

I see that jersey mikes has reached out to me to help resolve my issue.

When I see consistent improvement in customer satisfaction ratings I’ll be back. Reaching out giving me a free sub will not fix your problem.
