This is the best Jersey Mike's in Columbia. I used to spend between $30 and $50 but I'm alone tonight. I tell all my friends and family about this Jersey Mike's. The customer service is wonderful. They take the time to ask you what you want so that your order is correct. The general manager is very professional and so are the employees. I drop all the way across town just to come to this one. And I make sure I leave them a good tip every time I come. You need to have this general manager train the other ones. So that I don't have to drive all across town to get my sandwich correct. I ordered through DoorDash, order number 01ā0 00250ā99. I ordered two items, a number 17 and a number nine. The bag was sealed with the receipt for both sandwiches but the number nine was not included. This is clearly on Jersey Mikeās, not DoorDash. I attempted several times to call the store with no answer. Extremely disappointing.

Everyone was so friendly here and made my sub quickly! I was literally greeted by everyone in the building and everyone was trying to help me. Jaheim and Bj were exceptionally phenomenal

Placed a prepaid catering order a day in advance. We had an 11am pick up set and arrived an our order was not ready. Had to wait til 12:30 for our order. Disappointed in this locations service- JM is usually great for catering lunches.
Came in to purchase a sandwich tonight excellent service all around timely polite and accurate. I was most impressed when facing a huge line the gentleman working the register VJ encountered an incredibly rude customer who used some terrible language with him. The young gentleman was as professional as Iād ever seen and continued to be gracious to the woman as if nothing had happened. Well done all the way around definitely recommend.

This place is awful. Iāve given it multiple tries and even spoke with the āGMā at one point and she was very short when speaking and didnāt seem like she cared about the situation. EVERY time I get something from here itās wrong. Itās just a sub, I donāt understand how hard it is to get right. My Philly had cheese that was just placed in the bun with meat thrown on top. I know for a fact, thatās not how the Philly is made at Jersey mikes. This has happened multiple times now. There leadership and training here is awful. You guys need to make a changeā¦ This has completely pushed me away from Jersey Mikes. Thanks for that...
