I ordered a sub through the website that was made wrong. I got a chicken cheese steak sun without onions and peppers added bacon. What I got was a sub with onions and peppers and they put the bacon on the side. I can't eat onions and I paid over 30 dollars for a sub I can't eat. I would like my money back please.

Music too loud Ordered on app and order was at least 20 minutes later Asked for a sandwich for kids with only meat and cheese and got half of the sandwich Waited a bit for the rest of the sandwich and finally go back to counter for the third time where it’s just sitting there, ask again and they finally wrap it and give it to us Final straw was seeing a roach on the floor Last time some months ago was a similar experience so won’t go back to this location

I’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s lunch with my husband but today was not relaxing or enjoyable at all. It was 1230 and the store wasn’t busy, which was shocking. As we walked in we were greeted and asked if we had a to go order. We didn’t and proceeded to the slicer to give our order. It was extremely hard to hear the employees asking what we would like and we even had to raise my voice for them to hear me over the music. The employees didn’t mind singing and dancing while preparing our order. We both got #8. Each time the bacon was forgotten, even after we repeated our order 3 times. I felt like saying maybe turn the music down so you can function better. On the second sandwich and reminding of bacon again. The preparer had the nerve to tell us to calm down/ chill. . That didn’t go well. There was a few words exchanged and then all of a sudden the preparer said that they were just joking. We stopped. We got our food and sat down. Literally, at the table we had to speak louder than a normal voice. We noticed that an employee was walking around with headphones on. Maybe management If that was the case, he needs to take them off so he can hear how loud the store music is being played. Some music was not appropriate for parents coming in with younger children There is plenty of music available now so that all ages can enjoy and not have to worry about the lyrics for children to here. In looking at the reviews, I have seen some of the same complaints. It makes us feel that maybe there is new management or owner and they don’t care . I don’t think I will continue to patronize there. I’ll wait and watch the reviews to see if gets better. So disappointing

We order Jersey Mikes catering about once a month for our church youth. They always have the food ready on time. Always accurate. Always accommodate my requests. They even carry the boxes to my car. Truly cannot say enough good things about our experience ordering catering from the Jersey Mikes on Devine. A special shout out to the crew who works Wednesday evenings! Thank you!
They have a bad german cockroach infestation. 5 dead ones on the floor in the lobby, and one alive one running around on the same counter they are prepping mobile orders on. And those are just the ones I saw at a glance.

Spills all over the floor with napkins, kinda area with the drinks as trash all over the place and still drink. Trash left on tables. Placed a pick up order showed up five minutes after supposed to be ready. Ended up waiting for 25 more minutes while he stood around and talk while one worked. Worse managed Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been too.

I went store located at 4717 Devine st Columbia sc for lunch on 14 Jul 25. The store food prep area was terriable gloves were thrown on the floor when a thrash can was in clear sight . Lettuce, napkins , wrapping material on floor. This store is normally crowed my guess other Custer saw this mess and left as I did. Do better
