Absolutely love Jersey Mike's and this location! Staff is very friendly and always seem to be hard at work when I go in! My order is always made correctly and made well. Can't say I've ever had an issue with my orders from this location. Definitely worth your time and money if you're hungry and looking for a great place to get a great sandwich! Highly recommend!!

Visiting from New Jersey and was craving Jersey mikes on my trip so I stopped in and ordered on the app and I gotta say my sub was perfect ! The young man with glasses was very friendly and polite :) give that man a raise ! As someone who also works at jm seeing him hustle in the back alone I was impressed!
I walked in totally unprofessional everyone I sat n waited ten mins before the said anything to me no greeting no acknowledgment mind u it was empty when I came in. The min a lady walked in as well as a man then everyone wanted to be professional the was greeting asking what they needed.. so the service was very trashed n I’m very disappointed for that treatment towards myself . It was very rude this was around 8:00 p.m today but I will report this to hr because this is my son’s favorite spot n they has definitely made jerseys mike business look bad I’ve been goin to jersey mike for years but I will report this

Went in to the Jersey Mike’s on Devine St. in Columbia, and placed an order for 3 grilled subs. They were busy but our order took over an hour to be made. When we asked for a refund we were told that we could not have one because we used our shore points. When we finally got our order and took it home it was not even correct. They did not put any of the toppings on that we asked for. The subs were not all made at the same time so two of them were cold by the time we got them home. We love going to Jersey mikes but we will never go back to this location. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any Jersey Mike’s restaurant.

Just left Jersey Mikes at Rosewood Crossing, and if it had been my first visit it would have also been my last. Fortunately, I know they can do better. When I walked in was only customer, one person behind counter. The music was very loud, to the point where we had to keep repeating ourselves. (Turned out 3 or 4 others working also.) I said the music is so loud I can't hear you hoping it would get turned down, but nope. Ordered Mikes Philly Cheese Steak and hoped he managed to get it right. I did have to add onions when I got home as there were none on sandwich. Another person in the store told me my order was ready because I didn't hear them call my name. While I was paying cashier disappeared and I had to ask another person for my receipt when he started to ring up someone else, who also had a problem ordering. They put the wrong stuff on his sandwich, and he had to tell them twice how to cut it. Another customer just showed them her order on her phone. When you can't hear the customers, TURN THE MUSIC DOWN. This is a business, not your home or a party.

Very disappointed came in and ordered three hot subs , waited for a hour in the store and finally asked for a refund . Since I had used Shore points they said they could not do a refund and told us we could come back tomorrow for free subs we refused that offer. Then they gave out subs in a to go bag and when we got home the order was not correct. As much as I like Jersey Mikes's I will not go back to this location.

When they say "A sub above" they definitely mean it! Today, I had the giant Turkey mike's way, on rose mary bread. Added mayo, banna peppers, oil, and extra vinegar.The service was quick, and the staff was friendly.If I had to some up my turkey sub in one word, it would be delicious!
