I had a bad experience.
Yesterday when I went to jersey mike's on lincoln street in columbia south carolina. I ordered The club number nine which I didn't get bacon on it and the sandwich maker was so rude. Playing with my bread,and when finished ,Threw my sandwich onto the paper with that bad experience that I had yesterday.I would not be going there no more

the workers long hair went on my sandwich and I watch her do it to to-go orders food too. I told her I watched her hair go on my sandwich and she just took the toppings off and re-put them on. They were making online orders while everyone was waiting in line, when they should be serving the customers in store first especially in a college area where students have class times.

My wife appreciated the separation of gluten free utensils. Our home store doesn't follow those guidelines. Keep up the great work!

Asked for a #26 with no lettuce and tomatoes and add buffalo sauce. Ended up getting a #26 with lettuce and tomatoes and no buffalo sauce at all. Workers were also rude and not helpful.

We stood in line for 30 minutes and as soon as we were supposed to be waited on, the attendant suddenly announced they would not take any additional orders. I think a better way of handling the situation would have been to close the store but honor the orders of the 7 people who had been standing in line.

Great place to stop and get lunch while on or visiting campus… Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and they just make you feel welcome… The manager, Charlie, is always super friendly, laughing and joking with all the customers. She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???). Will definitely return when I’m back down. Great job, guys!

Food is good, usually they are quick. FYI: the kitchen closes 30 mins before the posted closing time. Not sure if this is a company policy or just this location/whoever is managing for the day, but plan ahead accordingly.

The hours of this place are already bad enough, but a summer 5pm closing time is insane.?

16 Mar ‘24 stopped in for a sub and the place was packed. Line of people all the way to entrance. We stood in line and it moved really fast. The kids working that day were awesome and worked well together. The sub was perfectly made and so good. Highly impressed.

This jersey mikes always has great food, however, the one girl with glasses (manager) is extremely rude to customers and always ruins the experience. I have ate here about 5 times and three of those times she has been here, either yelling at her workers or customers themselves, yesterday specifically I witnessed her yelling at a worker for trying to clean the floors so that she could leave slightly early for a tutoring session. Overall a horrible experience when this worker is here and I would not recommend.

They always made my food correctly even with the flood of people they move at an efficient pace so your sandwich or sub look like the picture. If I’m in a mood for a sub I make the drive because they are at least a 20 min drive with traffic. If you want a quality sub done right they got you.

Parking: They get busy and the spots get filled quick.

Wheelchair accessibility: They got the ramp for the wheel chair to access.
