Had a great experience when I visited, and the sandwich tasted great. Got a simple roast beef giant sub with American cheese and some lettuce. Did not let Mike have his way with my sub.

Stale bread!? If sandwiches is your main gig why on earth would I get stale wheat bread on my sandwich? My mistake for ordering wheat bread at Jersey Mikes- but regardless. DoorDash delivery was timely and efficient but JM drops the ball on the quality of this sandwich. Normally I have to ask for extra oil/vinegar but this sandwich was swimming in it- which given the stale, hard bread— was the only reason I could eat this. So disappointed quality of restaurants these days.

Employees are unprofessional. I walked in and asked for my take out order. Silence. She walked back and got it and handed it to me. Again didn’t say anything. I said “thank you” and she said nothing back. Awful customer service

I showed up to grab a quick sandwich before work around d 2:50 PM and as soon as I walked in I was notified that they had ran out of bread and could only do wraps. I would hope that on a busy weekend such as move in weekend for USC they would make sure to prepare accordingly for expected traffic.

I travel around Columbia, SC a lot and hit all the jersey Mike’s. I won’t go back to this one anymore, I’ve been over five times and every time the music is absolutely maxed out. I love music, but it’s like you’re at the front row of a concert. You can’t even talk to someone on the phone……. people who have called me while I’m eating here have literally asked me if I’m out clubbing somewhere. Stop letting employees dictate the music and the volume.

This is for Columbia, SC Lincoln Street only. Beware of ordering online when they are busy. It took. 40 minutes to fill an order and they were not really apologetic about it. We waited there for 27 minutes while they finally made the hot items. Extremely poorly organized. When it’s calm, it’s fine but despite 5 people working, they are not able to keep and order and efficiently move orders through the grill.

Graduating next week and wanted to leave a note before I go. Hands down the best run food joint on campus for all 4 years. Staff is super friendly and efficient.

I had a bad experience.
Yesterday when I went to jersey mike's on lincoln street in columbia south carolina. I ordered The club number nine which I didn't get bacon on it and the sandwich maker was so rude. Playing with my bread, and when finished ,Threw my sandwich onto the paper with that bad experience that I had yesterday.I would not be going there no more

the workers long hair went on my sandwich and I watch her do it to to-go orders food too. I told her I watched her hair go on my sandwich and she just took the toppings off and re-put them on. They were making online orders while everyone was waiting in line, when they should be serving the customers in store first especially in a college area where students have class times.

My wife appreciated the separation of gluten free utensils. Our home store doesn't follow those guidelines. Keep up the great work!
