16 Mar ‘24 stopped in for a sub and the place was packed. Line of people all the way to entrance. We stood in line and it moved really fast. The kids working that day were awesome and worked well together. The sub was perfectly made and so good. Highly impressed.

This jersey mikes always has great food, however, the one girl with glasses (manager) is extremely rude to customers and always ruins the experience. I have ate here about 5 times and three of those times she has been here, either yelling at her workers or customers themselves, yesterday specifically I witnessed her yelling at a worker for trying to clean the floors so that she could leave slightly early for a tutoring session. Overall a horrible experience when this worker is here and I would not recommend.

They always made my food correctly even with the flood of people they move at an efficient pace so your sandwich or sub look like the picture. If I’m in a mood for a sub I make the drive because they are at least a 20 min drive with traffic. If you want a quality sub done right they got you.Parking: They get busy and the spots get filled quick.Wheelchair accessibility: They got the ramp for the wheel chair to access.
The subs are nice and fresh always, and the workers are nice and kind. The hospitality they have towards the students and the adults are great. I recommend this Jersey Mikes, it's the best!

On campus visiting my son at 650 Lincoln and walked down for some Philly Cheesesteaks before going to a high school football game at Memorial Stadium. Staff very entertaining and polite. The music was great we all sang about every song that came on. Good Times!

My family and I go to this Jersey Mike's before every Carolina game. They have the best in house atmosphere. All staff is super friendly. And food is always great! We will definitely keep going here before every game. ??
The Best Jersey Mike’s in Columbia!! I love the Mushroom and Provolone sub and this spot is not stingy with the toppings! The customer service was good. It’s on a college campus so the vibe was nice and active.

First time I went in there and the employees acted as if I asked them to climb a mountain. Few other times, they don't give you a chance to ask you what you want on the sub other than Mike's way.Like ask me if I want it toast it. Ask me is there anything else I like on it. I know it's always busy but there's no reason to rush every order like it's a burden.Which is another point I want to make. The customer service needs to improve. It's as if i could read their minds, they're thinking "get your order and get out of my face, already". It's the attitude and body presentation. It's the customer service I could never get away with at jobs I've worked at before.
