Ordered a chicken Philly giant size on Rosemary Parm and my coworker a chicken bacon ranch add buffalo sauce on reg white. The young man on the grill messed my order up and gave me a reg instead of a giant size and then told me I had to wait for the other half of my sandwich. I paid for giant size sub and he cooked a regular and then told I had to wait for the other half to be cooked which made the sandwich half he gave me cold. Also my coworker order the chicken bacon ranch add buffalo sauce and it wasn’t no bacon on the sandwich. I paid 29.75 for this order for them to get it done incorrectly. I was on my lunch break at the time but I will never return to this location. They had a 5 employees at the register but no one was helping the young man behind the grill who needed help.

Came in and was told by a young boy that they dont have any bread. I told him its okay because i wanted a salad. He told me i had to leave and wait 11/2 hours for bread. I repeated and told him i wanted a salad, he said i still have to wait. Guess they dont like sales at this location

Emelie has the worse customer service . She does not listen to the customer and lacks customer service skills. They literally have teenagers running the store. They also just place customer bread on the bare countertop and Emelie does not change glove when handling food and writing down orders. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike's again.

Came here to get two giant subs. I kindly asked if the employee who was attending me could switch to a new pair of gloves. This employee was African American, long braids and had glasses on with a tattoo on her left arm. After had requesting this switch of gloves she looked at me bothered silently for more than 5 seconds and asked if I was getting another sub. The disrespect in that was enough to leave but I proceeded to see if things would change.
The reason I request a glove change is not because of this establishment, but because I have been to other establishments where I have seen employees text on their phones with gloves, handle money and then proceed touching food. All I wanted was a peace in mind, but in return the employee looked at me if I had personally and intentionally was malicious. I didn’t ask for free food or curse at her. I kindly asked if she could change to a fresh pair of gloves.
Another employee came from the back up to help and the one who was attending didn’t inform her of the glove change and began making my sandwich. I kindly asked if it could be redone. I’m not sure what the employee was touching or doing in the back with those gloves. She changed her gloves and and began making the subs cutting the meat and cheese. The first employee with the braids and glasses who was waiting for the employee to place the meat on the sub began bucking up and down with her arms and punching her fists throwing signals she was looking and thinking of brawling out of frustration. Many other woman out there would have questioned her if she wants to brawl let’s take it outside. I remained quiet and alarmed. Another customer who was a male looked at me because of her behavior and was shocked at her attitude towards me.
It is unbelievable how an employee thinks she can act in such a rude way towards a customer over such a simple request. I understand people have a bad day here and there, but at the core of this, this employee lacks understanding, compassion, customer service and definitely won’t be getting very far in her life with such a terrible attitude. Her stares, behaviors and bucking up and down, punching her fists will get her the very life she deserves while also hurting the reputation of this establishment.
Management needs to review the camera footage on this date around 4:35 - 5:10pm so they can coach this employee. An effective leader who has attention to detail will address this matter accordingly and understand this is not a good look for the business as well as for customer treatment.

Why do they just throw the meat on the bread? Makes for a sloppy sandwich. The jersey mikes in Sandhills takes the time to make a neat inviting looking sandwich that taste great! Go to the Sandhills location.

We are just pulling out of the Jersey Mike’s at Killian Road and Nuttal Oak Dr. it was EXCEPTIONAL. The manager was absolutely fantastic. She was so personable!! Even asked a gentleman who came in after us how his chickens were and if he got his coupons this week. My feeling about Jersey Mike's has always been you go for the food but you have to tolerate the staff. Not so at this location!!! Every employee was friendly and working hard and paying attention to their customers and their work. It was SO REFRESHING!!!!! Thank you to the wonderful woman who was running this place!!! You are SUPERIOR and I hope Jersey Mike's compensates you accordingly!!!

Ordered a pick up while visiting the area. Sandwiches were not accurate. The Big Kahuna Beef was way overcooked. Staff was friendly at pick up though.

I order online only because the lines are incredibly long and the only instructions I ever have is to add ranch and that apparently is going out their way when their putting condiments on the sub anyways. When I walk in, it’s uncomfortable for me, unfriendly staff it’s like I’m a burden being in there.
This location has the worse customer service, and lack of leadership. My company ordered lunch $100 weekly, Employees mirror the Manager's Attitude and bad body language. My order has been incorrect when I order online, so we now come it to place our order. After placing my order that wasn't written down, of course it wasn't right. So the Manager threw the sub in trash and told another employee, " you got to remake the old man sandwich". I approach the counter after 5 mins of waiting and he stated my order will be ready after 4 other orders are done. I was place in the back of the line because this was a remake. I ask for the Manager and he said he was the Manager and didn't know where or when Owner will be returning. Thanks for the bad customer service. We order for a business not just individual order. We have been patronizing this location for 2 years. Good luck with your Manager Marion. We choose Subway!
