If I could give a 0 stars I would every single time my husband or I go to this store they mess up our order.. which isn’t a hard order and it’s written so not sure how it keeps happening every time. Maybe the employees just don’t care but this is absolutely ridiculous hopefully no one tht is allergic to anything goes here.

Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because the guy kept messing up the customers in front of me order. THERE'S NOTHING BUT KIDS IN THERE WITH NO MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT!!!! One guy clocked out in the middle of making someones sandwich. The guy on the grill was doing everything but making sandwiches then when he did start making sandwiches he didnt change his gloves. Nasty! I walked out

Not a lot of room to dine in and tables weren't super clean, however it was a busy time of the afternoon. Service was good and they moved the line super fast. My sandwich was delicious and the bread you could tell was made fresh and really good. The regular size sub with no drink and no chips or sides, was $10 Dollars and change.

Jersey Mike's on Roberts Branch is by far one of the best I have ever been to. My coworkers and I frequently order subs for team lunches, at least once a month. Today, after ordering a team lunch last Friday, went in to see if I could possibly retrieve the receipt from my order. Unfortunately, I didn't realize not being a member you couldn't view past receipts. MAKE AN ACCOUNT! Anyway, Abby greeted me and asked how she could be of assistance. I proceeded to tell her my issue of needing the receipt and gave her very little information. Abby went above and beyond to call her manager, who also went above and beyond, to help me find the receipt. Without Abby and her manager, I would've been in some deep trouble and they saved my day! THANK YOU!!!

Horrible customer service! I came in, there were 4 crew members, yet I didnt get served until 20 mins after. The girl in charge of making the subs or getting orders chat with a customer for a good 10 mins. When she finally asked me for my order, she was not personable and got my order wrong. When I called her out on it, she said she can make it right but I was already too unhappy to even care. These servers have no sense of urgency.

I was appalled by the lack of hygiene during my recent visit. An employee was taking a break, and then came right back to the food line. He attempted to make my cheesesteak using the exact same gloves he had been wearing—gloves that were likely used all day, handling cash and who knows what else.

When I pointed it out, there was no immediate correction. I bought a cheesesteak, but I am now too scared to eat it. Shame on management for allowing staff to handle food and money with the same gloves, and for failing to enforce basic standards like hair coverings. I will never return.

I was disappointed with the store cashier at register is helping with the sandwiches cutting the sandwiches and wrapping them up but using the same gloves and she’s dealing with money that’s not good. I said something to her about it.

If you order using the app from this location be sure to check your order before you leave. I didn't know if they can't or just don't read the order slip. How hard is it for you to not put mayo on a sandwich.

Shared details of how they messed up my order, they agreed that they messed up my order- did NOTHING to reconcile. Offered nothing but a generic apology. Double check your order before leaving because they do not care to make things right! Will not be back and will advise others of the poor service.

I visited JM for a sub this evening and I give them 5 stars 🌟 on all levels.
The sandwich was SO fresh and delicious. You can tell when the person who prepared your meal actually cared about the food prep. The overall service was outstanding and lastly the store was fresh and clean.
