I had a delivery order for a beach club (turkey sandwich with cheese) and an Italian club. The Italian club was fine, however, the beach club was just bread and some toppings. The moment we saw this we called the store. The first employee wasn’t so helpful with a dismissive tone. The second was nearly as shocked as we were, but tried to understand. The manager doubled down and said she made it correctly and didn’t attempt to mitigate the situation. I want to add, I’ve never left a bad review or even felt compelled to, but this is the most idiotic situation I’ve ever been placed into. Wouldn’t suggest the place after it was my girlfriends favorite workplace lunch.

Very short staffed, always busy during lunch hours but they barely have any workers. Mobile orders took too long and so did the walk in orders. Seems like they have too many orders but not enough workers to sustain the rushes. Love the food regardless and the workers that are there but it is very frustrating. I don't understand why a little sandwich can take 25 minutes to make.

I walked in and received no greeting and it was dead silent and nobody was to be seen. Someone then came out of the back a few minutes later and at 1 in the afternoon had no fresh bread and gave me and everyone else that ordered old bread probably from yesterday or a few days ago it was so hard almost impossible to eat. It’s also freaky slow at this jimmy johns. I highly recommend going to another one not much further away.

Only go to this jimmy johns if you have A LOT of time to spare. I ordered online, drove 10 minutes to the store, checked in with my name after waiting behind for the people in line, told I was up next, people continued to come in and leave with orders. Tried to ask if they were making my food; “still up next” of course. Then the manager tried to explain to me how online orders don’t come first after I had been waiting in the store for 20 minutes. Absolute joke of a Jimmy John’s. They need to take down any sign that says freaky fast because that’s one thing they absolutely aren’t at gervais. I’d rather go over to garners ferry any day even though it’s further.

Ordered a new sub toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch, ranch was left off my sandwich had to get a side of ranch. I mean how you forget the damn ranch when it is in the NAME!! First time ever bad food from this location. Very disappointed !!!

I’m about an hour and 1/2 to waiting for my food to then call and be told they ran out of bread before my order so it would take longer. If I have to call you to find out why it’s taking hours to make 4 sandwiches I expect more than a sorry.
