I love jimmy John’s but this one is unorganized and today is the third time I got home and my order is wrong. It’s really annoying paying for food and it’s not even right. Like it’s so frustrating.

I have been ordering from this location for over a year. Basically since I moved to Columbia. Over the last year and a half, online deliver has gotten slower and slower. Tonight I waited almost almost 2 hours for my meal. This isn't acceptable. I called after 20 minutes, and this first person said that they had no delivery driver and were relying on an Uber Eats or Grubhub delivery service to deliver my order. I place my order at 6:47pm, I called at 7:21pm (and was told I'd get it at max 25 minutes after), got the notification that it was out for delivery at 7:49pm in the app.
I called again at 8:13pm and talked to Matt who is one of the district managers. He remade the order and brought it out to me himself in a really quick manner. I had last checked outside at 8:17pm and saw nothing, but when Matt pulled up around 8:27 both orders were there. The most positive thing out of all of this was Matt's professionalism as a DM (which was impeccable btw, give him a raise!) and I appreciate his ability to remake the order and deliver it out here asap.
I understand today was a Friday and a holiday on top of that. I don't expect it to be here in 10 minutes, but waiting for an order for almost 2 hours is unacceptable. The wait times for delivery has gotten longer and longer, especially since august 2024. Please work on getting more consistent drivers to assist this location.
When all was said and done, the food was still great. I go to JJ because it's my comfort take out foods, but these wait times are unacceptable. Please work on this

Ordered online to be ready ASAP. Came in 25 minutes later. Still not ready. Go in and order at the counter at this location, don’t expect them to have it ready ahead of time. They seem to prioritize in person orders.

I go here a lot but my order is wrong 80 percent of the time . I've been charged for a little john when ordering a slim , I've been given someone else's order , I've had my order toppings swapped completely to different sandwiches on my order . It's a running joke at this point . It just sucks because my kids are picky and I've had to run back down to Jimmy John's multiple times to fix sandwiches

I am a frequent customer of Jimmy John’s and I am mostly always satisfied with my food and service.
Today my experience was a little off. I ordered a plain slim tuna and normally the preparer spreads the tuna with the scoop over the bread but today a guy used his hands to spread tuna over the sandwich. It’s usual and fine if sliced meat is laid with your hands but spreading something like tuna seems unsanitary even if gloves are on.

They are hiring under false pretenses. They over work you for the minimum pay. While the “kids” stand around and take what seems like a hour to deliver one sandwich. Save your self the trouble find a different job.

I called to let the manager know that the last 2 times I've ordered their potato salad, the potatoes have been raw...he stated they are supposed to be that way. SO, I won't be ordering the potato salad again. Just sayin'.

I gave this place another chance. Stupid of me to do so. Over an hour for 1 sandwich to be delivered. Called the store and the person answered "hello" I had to ask if I was calling a business or a cell phone. It's not worth the $13 for a sandwich if it takes over an hour to be made then another 30 minutes for delivery

Ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Rap. Worst indigestion and bowel upset. Don't think I am going back to JJ. Don't want to gross anyone out, but I've been in the bathroom since after eating Jimmy John's Mediterranean Chicken Rap. I'm not feeling well.
Parking: If you are not there at a busy time you can get parking.
