Love there services the food was so good I had to eat here two times in one week. It's way better then subway. And Jimmy john is also more health eating so I would definitely eat here again. For the money you expect an actual portion. Asked for additional meat when there was none on each end of the sandwich and was told “no, we are only allowed X amount”. Corporate cutting back while maintaining the high price. $45 for 3 combos is high. Do better. Or go to the QT….excellent fresh made subs that are toasted.

Came to this location a 3 weeks ago and got 2 regular Turkey Toms and 1Italian. When we got home all three sandwiches were wrong and hardly had anything on them. We call and spoke to a young lady, told her our problem and she offered us three free subs. She told me all we had to do is come in and let them know our name and number to receive our subs. I came in September 6 to redeem these sandwiches and none of my information was taken down. Disappointed that we received poor service the first time but when they were supposed to fixed it the second time they still did not. Will not return to this location.

Just some constructive criticism. I came to grab a sandwich and run to my next appointment. I knew JJ had the reputation of being lightning fast. I arrived ordered and sat there for at least 15 minutes. After looking around, I noticed none of the other 6 tables had their food. No one in the restaurant was eating. Unfortunately I got a refund and left. Maybe they were too consumed with working on Togo orders and unable to accommodate dine in orders. Super nice people working there. I know they were working hard, but it seems like there needs to be a manager helping organize the process. I’ll be back and hopefully they can correct their issues.

It’s been over a year now that I went in here and my sub was awful, I got a reply saying to write to some website which I did and got a reply from a Beth overholt asking me to send in my email to replace the sub. I did and never received a reply, I am happy to announce that I never came back like I firmly stated in the review I wrote for that time here and this place hasn’t been missed, to anyone reading this, don’t bother complaining as you won’t be compensated but they’ll pretend like they will, find a place that tastes better and appreciates their customers

I eat at Jimmy John's a good amount. I live that Keto life and get unwiches regularly. I had never been to this one before but I decided to bring the family in. The staff was very friendly and helpful since my kids are terrible at making decisions. The girl at the counter was great. We got our food fast and everyone was satisfied which is difficult for my picky teenagers.
PS* You need to get the Kickin' Ranch. You won't regret it.

I've yet to be disappointed by a Jimmy John's experience, and this one was no exception. Everything from the meats to the bread was fresh and delicious, and the workers were cheerful and professional.
Kid-friendliness: Smaller sandwich options are available for kids.
