I've yet to be disappointed by a Jimmy John's experience, and this one was no exception. Everything from the meats to the bread was fresh and delicious, and the workers were cheerful and professional.

Kid-friendliness: Smaller sandwich options are available for kids.

I am sad to report that Jimmy John's is now putting on as much ingredients as they used to. My husband and I noticed it last week when each of our subs were noticeably smaller. We thought we'd try again today and I asked the person who took my order if they started making the subs smaller. And that is when I found out they are now "keeping track of the ingredients", which translates to not putting as much on their subs. Very disappointing. We haven't been going to any other sub place, but will rethink this now.

Giant tuna, no taste except oniony, barely any mayo, no pickles on it like I requested, Id advise against ordering it unless you want to be disappointed

I have never been so disrespected. I had a $100 bill to use for my work team and I for lunch. Only for them to act like I was giving them something illegal. Beyond hateful and disappointed with their version of customer service. If I could leave a zero star review I would do so.

Went in on an order to go for my family some night it ok other nights not so much. But when you pay 11 dollars for a wrap for you wife and you get some that looks like the pencil wrap they charge you 3.99 at subway what the he'll am I paying for please someone explain it to me.

Absolutely love Jimmy John's subs. They cost a bit more than most other sub places but you can't beat freshly sliced deli meat for your sub. Try them if you haven't.

Took over an hour for delivery, the method I chose for convenience and timing. If I had known, I would’ve gone somewhere else for lunch! I started calling 45 minutes later because I do understand a lunch rush… I just didn’t understand why the tracking feature was gone and why my order had processed without any information. I was immediately put on hold SIX TIMES! I am a very patient person with my food service folks but this was a failure. If at any point I was told “hey we’re understaffed it’s gonna take a hot minute” I would’ve accommodated gladly. Instead, I had to try cutting off the woman as she answered over and over. When I was finally successful in stopping her from putting me on hold, she got an attitude with me and said she’d process my refund and to take it up with corporate. My food arrived an hour later as I was leaving to get something else. Let the customer know what the heck is going on! Instead of ordering in person again, I just won’t go back.
