Took over an hour for delivery, the method I chose for convenience and timing. If I had known, I would’ve gone somewhere else for lunch! I started calling 45 minutes later because I do understand a lunch rush… I just didn’t understand why the tracking feature was gone and why my order had processed without any information. I was immediately put on hold SIX TIMES! I am a very patient person with my food service folks but this was a failure. If at any point I was told “hey we’re understaffed it’s gonna take a hot minute” I would’ve accommodated gladly. Instead, I had to try cutting off the woman as she answered over and over. When I was finally successful in stopping her from putting me on hold, she got an attitude with me and said she’d process my refund and to take it up with corporate. My food arrived an hour later as I was leaving to get something else. Let the customer know what the heck is going on! Instead of ordering in person again, I just won’t go back.

First, and most certainly, the last time I will ever walk into one of these establishments. The food - terrible. The price - higher than average. The customer service - just bad all the way around.Honestly, I’m not a big sandwich person to begin with but I will hit up a Subway on occasion. My main reason for trying this place out was I saw a bunch of people going in/out of it so I’m thinking to myself it must be good to have this many customers, right? Wrong. Just so very wrong.Let’s start with the chick behind the counter. No smile. No how are you. She looked miserable and it showed all over her face. Mind you, I’ve never been at a JJ’s before so I’m not 100% certain how to order. All I knew was that I wanted a smaller sandwich instead of the regular size one. I asked if I could get “option A” in a little John - she said No. I asked if I could get “option B” in a little John - she said no. At this point I’m getting irritated because she could’ve just told me what I could/couldn’t order. I’m frustrated so I just order a Cubano and move on. Grabbed a drink and some chips and took a seat.The guy making the sandwiches was pleasant and he called us when the order was ready. I didn’t know what to expect but I can tell you this, I did not expect a super cold sandwich with cold meat on cold, tough bread. I mean, for goodness sake, have you ever tried the CHEW cold bacon? It was disgusting. How do you serve cold, chewy bacon to a customer? After the unpleasant encounter with the lady who took our order I wasn’t about to go up there and ask her to pop it in the microwave for me so I suffered through about half of it before I threw it in the trash.I seriously left there frustrated that I just blew thru $26 for THAT!!!!Never. Ever. Ever. Again!

Don't waste your money! More mayonnaise on sandwich than meat. Dried up old brownie in packaging looked like it came from dollar store. Sodas flat. Sandwiches don't come with pickles on the side. I placed an online order at 12:35PM and the driver showed up at 2PM even though I am located 6 minutes from them. Driver had visible black dirt under his nails and my order smelled like cigarette smoke. I am highly dissatisfied with the sanitary standards at this location or the lack there of.

We wanted to say a big thank you to Jessica! We had a large order that was placed close to closing they ran out bread and she made all the sandwiches and went out of her way making sure the order was right and ever threw in a few goodies for the long wait. Highly recommend! Thank you Jimmy John’s & Jessica! Everyone needs more amazing employees like yourself. =)

The Jimmy John's tries to sneak upgrades into your order. They ask if you want an ingredient without telling you there is an additional charge. Some people are on a budget. I hate when companies like Jimmy John's rip people off.

This is far most the worst experience I've had at jimmy John's ever went there to get a #14 regular size sub I received a slim I guess because the lady claim not to have any more bread in production but ever customer behind me was able to get a regular sandwich I would appreciate if I get what I pay for and nothing less regardless if I have to wait a few seconds
