I ordered 6 bowls for pickup. I drove 40 mins to pickup from their location and none of the bowls I ordered had rice when I specifically added basmati rice to all the bowls when customizing. I have called the location thrice to see if they can help but never received a call back and the issue was never addressed. Without the rice the bowls were very tangy and spicy and not the flavor that we wanted hence they all went waste. Wish they would read the customization when prepping the orders or atleast address the concern of customers when they call.

This place has quickly became my comfort restaurant. The staff are always so kind and helpful and food is always delicious and fresh. I used to eat at cava but stopped because of how rude the staff was but I have never had any issues here. And the drink machines are actually clean unlike many places

Everything was great! The bowl was delicious, and the servers were patient and friendly.
Friendly and efficient employees. All the ingredients looked fresh. Loved the large selection of items to choose from and ability to personalize the meal you get. Ordered the bowl with spicy chicken and it was delicious. Very filling as well. They have an app to collect rewards if you frequent this chain! Would recommend trying this place out.

For lunch, I take my Children here for their fries and bowls, and I usually get a veggies with falafel. The children really do enjoy coming here. We love the menu due to the vegetarian options. Always quick and in and out, and the food is always good. I go here few times during the month. Food is good for the price and convenience. I hope the service and quality remains the same for the future.
Vegetarian options: They have salads, falafel, and steamed and roasted veggies. Chickpeas is on the menu.
Dietary restrictions: If you are a vegan, you can build what you want here.
I originally wanted a sit down Mediterranean restaurant. But choices are slim. Took my chances here and it was good. Definitely like chipotle or qdoba but with Mediterranean cuisine. all items are fresh and honestly that's hard to find. I had the morracon chicken the sauce was spicy and very needed. The flavor was very good. Also had the Lavender lemonade and was honestly shocked. Lavender is there but not to powerful.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely has options that the kiddos would enjoy

But the portion sizes are terrible—to the point where Chipotle is serving more than chicken. The person behind the counter half scooped my chicken and called it a full scoop. Please fix the portion sizes, Chipotle did and it’s less expensive.
