Employees just standing around no one answering in the drive thru. They dont even ask you to give them a minute. Will literally just have you sit there wondering if they're even open until you pull up to the window to see them standing there talking. Employees aren't rude or anything just not much work ethic.

I would like to share that the evening crew located on Taylor street in Columbia, SC was doing they MF thang on May 23..ok? I tried the chicken and waffle meal for the first time. Babeeeeeee, this is hands down the best waffle I have ever eaten! I left not prepared for my overwhelming urge to go back and get a dozen more. Do yall sell em that way? Don’t even use a fork ..as you can see..Well ..I ate it..and I really want more 🤷🏽♀️
Every time I go here I waste my whole lunch. Took them over ten minutes just to take my order. One person in front of me but they obviously knew her because they had a whole conversation about how life was going while I waited. The manager was just going around to people in the lobby and asking them what they had then would prepare the food. Nothing was done in any order and almost as if they were taking care of the people they knew while other customers waited. It's hard to believe this place isn't out of business with the service and food that they provide!

Service & Food here was the WORST I have EVER had. My family and I DO NOT recommend coming here. We were visiting Columbia and thought after 4yrs KFC would be a good idea for dinner. KFC is NOT.
Food — Horrible. Rounding up we paid $50 for a 10pc and a 5 pc Chicken tender meal. When we finally got back to our Airbnb and opened the bag we saw: * 10pc chicken bucket was ok, salty but it’s fried food so it’s understandable * 4 very hard biscuits definitely over cooked. Forgot to take a picture. * 5pc Chicken tenders looked like they were triple fried. Quite dry and hard to bite on so we couldn’t eat them. Eating “chicharrones” would’ve been far more enjoyable and delicious.
Service — Terrible. I was told their systems were down and they were accepting CASH ONLY. — The drive thru experience was atrocious. The young lady wanted to charge me $11.59 for only chicken tenders. I explained her menu said they come with fries and a drink. Reflecting now, I wonder if correcting her had anything to do with the tenders she gave me (see pic). The associate could also not inform on the price difference between a 5pc chicken tender ‘meal’ vs just the 5pc tender. To avoid delaying kids being hungry - I simply paid for this and the 10pc bucket. — After seeing the 5pc over fried chicken tender I called the KFC in hopes I could get in touch with the Manager to make this right. Both times I called it rang and rang until the call defaulted to a hang up. I decided to call corporate once I return home.

Bought a 4 PC combo chicken was over done and dry graveyard and potatoes were barely warm soda fountain spewed and was dirty staff were loud and obnoxious playing on phone outside restaurant visiting with friends floor so greasy I nearly slipped in dining room my receipt number 3691 at 7:34 pm garbage can overflowing go somewhere else for your KFC fix 👎
