Sending a huge Thank You out to the cook came today after church with my family in the drive-thru the young man brought our apple bites out to us I did not get his name but he had a grill...a beautiful smile he was very kind he has excellent customer service. Thank you sir the chicken was hot and delicious. God Bless You. Please value him he needs to be the Boss and give him a raise he really cares for people. I came 9/1/24 about @11:50 am or 12:20pm

Ordered online. Waited 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready when I pulled up they told me to come back 10 minutes later. Came back 20 minutes later and they told me it would be ready again in another 10 minutes. We'll never go there again

Well, after getting home because this was a online order. I had one biscuit but was suppose to be 2 and that one was hard and then I got a chicken back or something it was not a chicken leg as stated as to what comes in order. This location can do better. Tired of paying for bad food.

I picked up my order from the counter and while I was there another customer complained that they didn't put a biscuit in her pickup order. She waited almost 3 minutes while I was present for them to hand it over to them because they "needed to put a new batch of biscuits in". I had to leave right away to get back to the office, but sure enough when I checked my sealed bag there was also a missing biscuit. Why are you guys not putting all of the food into the pickup orders? Before I left with the bag I had spoke directly to the shift employee working the front area and he told me it was ready to pickup. You don't seal the bag and tell the customer it's ready when food is missing. I complained to corporate to get a refund for the biscuit, $2.20. I shouldn't have to do that. Do better at 2349 Taylor Street or I'm not coming back. In fact, I'm going to forget this place and delete the KFC app altogether. When I go to other restaurants they don't forget to put things in my pickup order.

Look I know the rumors about KFC but I smashed the 8 pieace dark for 13 bucks. Whoaaaa got a hold on me. I said not going back came back the next day it's cheap and fills us up. Ohhhh got ro stop eating out..
