Look I know the rumors about KFC but I smashed the 8 pieace dark for 13 bucks. Whoaaaa got a hold on me. I said not going back came back the next day it's cheap and fills us up. Ohhhh got ro stop eating out..

They were out of regular chicken. They only had crispy. I asked for the chicken fingers, not thinking about the fact that they would be crispy also.They were hard and seemed like they were under the heating lamp for a while.This is the first time I had an experience like that at the KFC. I will continue to patronize them.Anyone can have a bad day.

Mine was a quick order from the app: a famous bowl & a drink. I even waited until 10 minutes past the "ready" time on the app. I pulled into an empty parking lot & drive-thru, expecting to go straight through (no customers at 5 or 6 pm on a Friday). Waited at the speaker 5 minutes after asking hello several times & then another 5-10 minutes at the actual window before my food was even brought to the window. All I received in communication was a curt "Night" & the window slammed in my face. Then I had to wait again as they still hadn't brought my drink! I get long days & rude customers: but I was neither! There were about 4 or 5 employees in the store (that I could see) & 3 of them were playing on their cells laughing in the background. Not mad, but disappointed in the quality of service that has steadily declined over the past few years.

Pulled up to drive through and first thing they said was hold on so he could talk to his coworkers. Then he came back on and asked what I wanted and then I said 16 piece and he said hold on AGAIN! To talk to his coworkers. Then he said they didn’t have 16 pieces. It’s 6 o’clock.

Signs everywhere saying they're understaffed, be patient. Saw very many employees taking too many orders and making drivers pull forward out of line. Better procedures needed, not more staff.The best chicken sandwiches made it good after the sadly normal (way too long a) wait.
