Spent $20 on the bucket special with some sides. I wasn’t asked if I wanted original or crispy. 2 legs and the 6 thighs and to see all that grease in the bottom of the bucket . ….These cherry poppers have no cherries they are just fried bread.

The service at this KFC is absolutely terrible. The team members in the back were talking the entire time, leaving only one person working on the line. DoorDash delivery drivers had to wait over 20 minutes for their orders, and regular customers experienced delays of 10-15 minutes. If you're looking for "fast" food, this is not the place to go! If I could I would give no stars.

I was in there yesterday and the cashier took my $20 bill. She checked it with the pen that had at the register and without even hesitating she said it was fake. When I asked her about it, she said the pens don’t even work. I wonder how many other people she has scammed out of their money? She wouldn’t even show me the black mark that was on the money. Isn’t she supposed to call the police if she takes a fake bill? Be careful about using cash here people!

Spent $5 on a large mashed potato and it was powder. Went through the drive through and it took forever to take our order, 15 plus minutes to get our order and all we ordered were sides! By the way we were the first car in line! The lady at the window was nice but we had to repeat our order multiple times.

Hands down the slowest restaurant in the entire area full of slow restaurants that clearly don’t care about their customers, don’t even bother putting a mobile order in because you’ll be waiting 20 minutes minimum any time you go no matter what you do to try to save time or what time you go, at least in any experience I’ve ever had going to this location.
Update: when placing my mobile order today I had to select how I wanted to pick it up and I selected the drive thru, I waited FOREVER to get to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order and they said I had to come inside for it so I drove around extremely frustrated and parked and walked inside to find my food sitting there cold. Genuinely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my entire life.
Update again: they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich.
