Came back again 6/28 around 3pm and waited 15 min for an Uber order while 3 employees were hanging out in the dining room.

Great chicken. I visit here often and enjoy it so much. Today is the first time I have anything negative to say. The chicken appeared overcooked or that the oil used to cook it needed changing. It was still very tasty but couldn't eat the skin because it was very dark, hard, and tasted a very tiny bit burned. Still very moist, though. Otherwise, the environment is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Staff is exceptional and has always been prompt, friendly, and helpful. This will always be my go-to place for chicken.
The food at KFC is always good or great. The hood KFC's are the one's with bad attitudes

Waiting still for my food. Put the order in off the website, said it would be ready at 435, I get there and don't even get serviced till ten mins later. I told it be a few mins. Then at 455 they tell me 20 more minutes. I ask for a refund and he can't do it and now they don't jbow how to talk. Awful restaurant and awful experience that keeps happening at kfc. Just not giving them my time and money anymore. Manager said he'll drop my food and the workers were wrong il have it in 5 mins. It's past 5 now and I still don't have my food. Laughable, doubt it'll do anything but I'll be calling and filling out surveys all day tomorrow on their behalf.

Too pricey, you had access to NOTHING, napkins, straws, etc. Someone eventually came to the counter to take our order. They were really having mishaps in the kitchen w/food orders.🤦🏾♀️ Won't be returning.
