They never answer the phone when I call to place a big order and when I go to the same location employees always standing goofing off or standing around barely working there's no type of good customer service at no point and time seriously

The lack of common sense everybody here have is absolutely crazy to me lmao I stood in the lobby for 14 mins … or two others to walk in to be acknowledged… I had a pick up order and it was just sitting there ..: the guy tells me it’s coming up … and it’s just sitting there but I would have been out of line if I hoped the counter lol … y’all are absolutely crazy … seek help !

It was not very busy but they were very slow with the order. Waited 10 mins before someone spoke to me and then another 5 mins to find the online order. Chicken was overcooked and dry . It was just not a good experience.

Waited about 15 minutes and then went to go ask for an eta and they apparently hadn't even started on it. When we ordered, there was only on person ahead of us waiting. After asking still took another 15 minutes. Don't come here if you want food in a reasonable time

After placing my order online, I get to the store and they fryers broken so it takes an hour and ten minutes to get my food and then they give me old, nasty, dried out fries and I couldn't even go back to get it fixed because the restaurant is closed. I wont be eating there again. The staff was friendly but no one seemed to know what they were doing and the manager kept disappearing in the office and not helping.

Disgusting service. Me and five other cars waited over 45 minutes for our orders, from 8:30 PM to 9:19 PM. After the long wait, we were told the correct chicken pieces were not available to complete the bucket and were given items we didn’t order. The restaurant doors were closed at 8:30 PM, and the staff appeared unmotivated and unwilling to help. We even observed an employee taking food to a burgundy Ford Explorer twice while customers were still waiting. This level of service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
