Disgusting food and service, will not return. Staff attitudes were the worst of all fast food restaurants on Garners Ferry. Over cooked, and super dry pot pie, soupy mashed potatoes with no gravy, 2 tablespoons of macaroni for $3, no dessert, very salty and weird tasting chicken! The biscuit was good lol but I threw the rest in the trash. If u complain u will maybe get a third of a refund and customer service doesn't even speak with you about the situation, I spent $18.12 and got $5.61 returned along with 500 points... bad business, bad food, bad attitudes and bad service...save yourself the trouble and go to another location.

Order 20 piece hot wings got home chicken look like it was cook in old grease and also ended up with a thigh in my box. Done with this location if Colonel Sanders was alive he said they didn't do this chicken right

Waited over an hour from ordering for a three piece combo, one person in front of me. Every table filthy. When I finally got my food my potato wedges were burned and so dry it literally hurt my jaw trying to chew on them, thew it all away and made dinner at home. During my wait there were people at the counter for over half an hour without being greeted, their response was that the store was too busy. Nobody else was inside and no cars in the drive though.

The rules/menu options change from day to day. Management, policy, and procedure must be nonexistent. The food is hit or miss. The Sumter location near Shaw AFB is so much better. I'm awaiting a response from corporate.

False advertising KFC is promoting a free bucket of chicken with the purchase of $15 on the app but when I long into the app they take the deal away. It is just gone. If I am wrong you try it… Other than that this is False advertising!!!

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered an 8 piece meal and had to wait an additional 5 minutes to just ask for plastic utensils. When I finally got someone's attention of staff gave me one fork for a family size meal. When I asked for more, she rolled her eyes like I was being unreasonable. To make things worse, the chicken was absolutely soaked in grease, making it inedible. The order started off bad because I asked for the leg and thigh special, and she said they didn't have that and then I showed her the sign, and she didn't even acknowledge it.

Didn't get any food, drive thru line was ridiculously long, inside was 'closed' even though someone that was not a worker was walking out when I pulled in. Maybe door dash idk

This is the worst drive thru experience I have had. Spent over an hour in drive thru. Why not just close the drive thru and serve in store only. The workers take their sweet time, they don't seem to be in a hurry.
