Just not good at all. Everything was cold. Mac n cheese was less then room temp. Chicken was soggy and mushy. Chicken strips were old dry and tough. Wost KFC I've had personally.

For some reason my 2 daughter's will eat everything from this particular KFC. If I go to others they pick over the food. So I come here from the northeast side of town to this 1.

The most terrible place I have been in a long time being a previous KFC employee this company no longer takes pride in anything not service not Food or their guest paid nearly $50 to be lied to and order. Still be incorrect. Definitely a terrible place do not ever visit.

Door dashed from this store. Did not receive 90% of the order. No help from the dasher. The store did not answer the phone. Refunded $47 at some point in the future. Not OK. Do better.

Terrible service. I waited about 15 minutes (there was no line) and no one took my order. Another lady then proceeded to come in for water and they immediately gave her some, but completely avoided me. I tried to order the family meal and they said they didn’t sell that (it’s on their menu). Overall, bad experience and I wouldn’t come here again. Hope they do better.

I went here on 1/28/2025 to pick up a mobile order and the drive-through intercom was meaningless because the employee told me to go to the window. She did not respond back to me when I told her I had a mobile order. Nothing but complete silence on her end. When I got to the window (I waited in the drive through line for about 12 minutes), she said I had to go inside to pick up mobile orders. I told her she had instructed me to go to the drive through window and I was only following her directions, to which she said she couldn't hear anything in the intercom "when it gets busy". Once inside, my order wasn't ready and took an additional 20 minutes for them to give me my takeout.
There's really no point in ordering a mobile order here, they just don't make your food correctly or on time.
While I was waiting another customer complained about food missing in her order. Why would staff give her a closed takeout bag with missing food in it? Unacceptable.

On December 9 at 8:00 PM, I visited this establishment to pick up my order. Unfortunately, the staff member who attended to me displayed poor customer service. He was neither friendly nor welcoming, and I couldn’t help but feel there was a hint of racist in his behavior. While he smiled and interacted warmly with the customer after me, my experience was quite the opposite.
To clarify, this isn’t about making assumptions, but as a Latino, I left feeling unwelcome.
The food itself was average, but I strongly recommend focusing on improving customer service. Regardless of the role, treating every customer with kindness and respect should always be a priority.

at this point, this location needs to be closed. none of the staff cares to serve anyone so why even be open?

I went in for lunch and there were 2 customers in front of me. It would have appeared they screwed up the order for one and the second customer l no one ever acknowledged him, not even an apology and he left and after a few minutes of not being acknowledged i left. The staff here should be replaced.
