Overall poor experience. The employees working at this establishment are nice, but the execution of the food quality and timeliness is not good.
I ordered a 8 piece extra crispy bucket along with multiple sides including mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, biscuits, and cheese curds.
The order was made on the KFC app, and I drove to this two notch road location after ordering. I pull up to the drive thru and state I made an online order - they say pull up. At the window it takes a couple minutes for anyone to come to the window and when they do, I am told to pull up to the curb and they will bring out the food. So I pull up and wait. And wait. And wait. 10 minutes go by during which I see multiple cars behind me in the drive thru getting their food and pulling off. So I get out of the car and go inside. I tell the lady at the register I’ve been waiting awhile in my car for my order. She looks on the counter and sitting in a plastic bag is my order - which she says here you go and hands it to me. So was my order just sitting there getting cold and soggy the whole time? Probably. Too tired to say anything I just leave.
I get home and open to room temperature, soggy, extremely grease soaked chicken, lukewarm sides, and gross runny coleslaw. See pictures. Additionally, has KFC shrunken their sides? They were all kids size - literally portions that fit in the palm of my hand. This was nearly a $30 order of chicken and sides. Each person in my family of 4 got a tablespoon of potatoes, as that was the entire container worth. The soupy runny coleslaw we threw away. The macaroni in the macaroni and cheese was so overcooked it was just mush. And the ‘extra crispy’ chicken was so grease ridden I had to use half a paper towels roll to make the chicken edible. My family ate just enough to not be starving anymore and we threw away the rest. Food quality is bottom tier awful at this location.

I'm so disappointed that I wasted my money on stale cold wedges, cooked in very old grease that you could taste and smell so strongly. My chicken smelled worse, like it was spoiled along with the very strong smell and taste of super old grease. The lady that took my order was very kind and prompt, but this food is disgusting, money down the drain.....🙄

Terrible service and they do not care. They will serve you old food every time. It doesn't matter the time of day. They Never fill up any size container. As much as my household loves KFC this location will turn that love into hate. It's our closest location. Complete bummer!

Sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. Food was not fresh at all. Tenders were hard and wedges were cold. They also didn’t give me a biscuit. Workers were standing around like they didn’t have a clue. Awful experience tonight.

My Husband and I went to the kfc on two notch and we ordered the chicken box with the wings, nuggets, potato wedges, and biscuits. First of all they didn't put it in the box like how it's supposed to be presented. The wings were very small, and they forgot our biscuits and our sauces. When we finally got home the top of the container came off and all of the mike hot honey sauce was inside of the bag smh, so whoever packed the food didn't put the top on it securely. They just threw the top on the container. If yall are going to just handle people food any kind of way then we will not be coming back. First and last experience.

I came the light the drive thru on my way back home from vacation and i just wanted to recognize Trea. if im leaving a review anytime, its because i had a wonderful experience. Although they were super busy, she was amazing, sweet & patient. She deserves something for her hard work.

KFC needs to go out of business, but this place has got to have the worst service. Today, I simply ordered a potato bowl and a Pepsi zero for 8 dollars in the drive through lane. When I pulled up to the window the girl took my payment and said “are you okay waiting 7-8 minutes?” I say to myself, sure do I have another option at this point after handing over my card to pay? Not a good sign already, I pull my car up and wait 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes for a simple mashed potato bowl. I walk inside the store and ask if it’s almost ready since I need to get on the road. The female manager says “I’m sorry we are dropping the chicken nuggets now, but do you want a chicken tender now?” I believed that she was asking if I wanted an extra tender for the inconvenience, I said that will be fine. When I receive my order, I get a mashed potato bowl with only gravy, corn, and no chicken nuggets. Instead, I get a box with one chicken tender only. I imagine they thought that they were doing fine by substituting the nuggets that were intended for the bowl instead and replaced it one measly and cold chicken tender. I placed my order at 12:38pm and left with the food at 1:05pm, Inexcusable and incompetent service and staff. Never again.
