Bad experience. Mobile order was ready 20mins after designated time. An older man asked me for the name on order, which I gave. When he came back, he aggressively said "Confirm it" repeatedly. I was confused because there's been number of other customers and I'm the only one being asked to "Confirm it". Didn't tell me how, just kept on repeating. 😒

The food was served hot and ready. The workers were very nice and helpful. I went close to closing time and was still served with great service. I would like to give a special shoutout to the manager Joseline who gave exemplary customer service to me. My experience with the night shift workers was beyond great!

There was a homeless couple right outside at the bus stop being a good human I asked them did they want anything to eat. They wanted KFC since it was the closest I pulled in ordered online I got the 6 piece fill up Bucket combo. I didn’t see an option to switch out the sides online so they gave me all 4 fries for the side but the couple wanted Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I proceeded to ask the young lady could she switch two of them out she said yes and wanted to double check with her manager before hand . I was rudely dismissed by an older skinny black gentleman with gray hairs. He told the cashier no whatever is on the screen that’s what they get . I asked him why couldn’t he just switch them out when I haven’t even taken possession of the food he said I don’t know if you’re lying or if the order is yours, or if you’re gonna leave and file a complaint to get free food. He was disrespectful I never eat at KFC ever, but to be disrespected by a manger at that is crazy. So I had to spend more money to get the sides after I already spent over 20 bucks , if it wasn’t for that couple I would have asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your hard earned money at this location. Drives a half mile up the road and go to Popeyes, the food is better there anyways.

It is not the same seasonings on the chicken as was a few years ago...didnt even smell the same...still pretty good & greasy as before...we still like Bo's better

My boyfriend went to this KFC and The girl with glasses on that was at the drive thru window was very rude and unprofessional. She was rushing to take his order and there was no one else in line behind him. Then once he got to the window they gave him food that was not fresh it tastes like it was old and has been sitting up there all day. He could not enjoy his food and he threw it away. It was a waste of money. We will NEVER come back to that KFC location again.

Wish I saw the reviews before walking in to order. No customers inside or out at 12 noon, a dead give away. Inside place looked dated, front counter could use a thorough cleaning, drink station was wet with spilled soda around it. My 2 piece meal was luke warm. Absolutely disgusting. I would NEVER eat here again!

Went inside this afternoon, ordered two famous potato, corn, nugget, and cheese bowls. Also a pot pie. $16. And some change. The potato bowls were dried out, The biscuits were also dry and hard, and very little cheese or gravy. The pot pie was also hard and dry. Wont be back. Will drive to Camden for KFC.
