The night crew does not have good customer service, just rude . If you can’t atleast smile and say Hi how are you? You shouldn’t be working around ppl. I’m coming to spend my money, I shouldn’t be treated like I’m bothering you!!!

When I call to see what's going on for my order they just rejected my call ... 2 drivers cancel becouse they being waiting so long for my orders.. and the last one keep waiting.. this is the worst restaurant! 2 hours waiting

Food was burnt, said it would be a charge for white meat on my 2 piece combo menu states 7.49 and I was charged 12.00 tried to call no answer after placing 3 calls slaw tasted spoiled. I ended up picking over the food and gave it to a stray cat.

Came here through the drive thru with my friend and payed $50 for a family meal. The drive thru lady was so rude. For a 20 piece family meal, they don’t give dipping sauces and told us we needed to pay. When asked for honey and hot sauce, the lady gave about 4 packets each. I ended up going inside to request more for my friends. There was a lady name Kameka who was very kind. Other than my encounter with her, the lady at the drive thru was a bit rude.

I ordered online A DAY BEFORE! I showed up (on the day I requested my order) and they didn't have my order and it took them a whole hour to have it ready! Also they kept asking me what I ordered after I had given them my order #.

Ordered 8 pc family meal. The restaurant is less than two miles away. Get home fries are cold, not even lukewarm. Family size potatoes was only half filled, my toddler could eat those by themself. No biscuits. Just sorry, do not recommend

We had a long day out with the kids and decided to come to this location for food, instead of chicken fil A. OMGGGG I should have listen to my gut to not eat here. The girl who took our order up’d charged us for 3 legs.. and didn’t give us the 3 legs we paid for!! On top of that the food was soooo oily and stale, everything tasted like they recooked it in the same nasty a$$ oil they’ve been using all day. We had already drove off with cranky kids in the car. If my husband would have turned around, it would have not been a good sight to see.We threw the food away and grab chicken fil a like we planned on to from the beginning.

I am a customer of KFC and recently made a purchase at the Two Notch Rd location in Columbia SC. The manager, Shante, is rude, unprofessional, and not very smart. I stood in the lobby, (please feel free to view the recording!) for more than 30 minutes waiting for my order.Shante, the manager on shift, kept telling me I did not purchase or pay for my items even after I showed the receipt from KFC as well as my bank account showing where the transaction was made. She instead told me that I had to repay or leave, also stating that my account was negative! Way out of line, and untrue! I told her clearly she didn’t understand banking and that when a transaction is made there will be a pos debit of the money shown, which is what I showed her. She told me she saw my order, then she did not see it. Instead of listening and trying to hear me out, she rudely walked away and kept assisting other customers, while telling me I did not have the money for my food.Another worker after hearing me tell my story over and over, finally came over and asked about my order! The one Shante said she couldn’t find!!! The other worker saw on the screen in the back!I not once raised my voice at this woman or acted irrationally, but she was truly disgraceful. Rightfully, I was upset and told the woman (Shante) do not speak to me anymore and she became unstable screaming and yelling at my sister and I!I will be posting on all social media accounts, Google, and the BBB about this situation. I will continue to advocate for myself until that person is removed from all KFC restaurants and its affiliates, businesses, organizations, and otherwise.Thank you for your time and attention!

With prices at all times high, I love KFC but Publix supermarket has 20 pieces of chicken mixed for 19.99 I tried to order a $9 meal it came up 11.99. it's good food but way overpriced.

I've been waiting here for a long time after trying to order on KFC's new system, and I paid in cash so the system forced me to pay at the counter. But I had to wait a long time because there was no one to serve me. all staff are busy because they don't have many staff working. and after I got paid by an employee and she didn't even know how to use the computer to get my order. After paying, I didn't wait long and got my food. I completely trust KFC, so I don't double check what I ordered. But when I got home, they left my food missing. It's so bad to experience KFC's new ordering system and be disappointed in what I have trusted KFC for over 20 years. too disappointed

Placed an online ordered showed up after it said it was ready, when I walked in the girl asked if I was here for a mobile order to which I replied yes. After waiting 6 or 7 minutes in an empty waiting room I asked was the order ready, she stated she was about to do it. A guy then came from the back and drops some fries in the greese. Ten minutes as the guy is about to take the fries out. The girl hands me my order with cold fries (hot box but cold fries) and she hard the nerve to get upside when I asked if I could get some fresh fries since I've waited almost 15 minutes.
