I was hesitant to order food here because of the bad reviews. However, I went last week and today, and both experiences were great. They provided great customer service. The food was hot and fresh.

Arrived about noon after church on a Sunday. Received service immediately when I arrived. It appeared to be staffed to handle the drive-thru, the front counter customers, and still have staff working in the back to box orders. This was not a skeleton crew. The parking lot, lobby, and bathrooms were clean. purchased 2-piece chicken, 2 large coleslaws, small mashed potatoes and gravy, and 1 fruit punch. The consistency of the coleslaw was excellent. (not soupy/watery) Another customer mentioned the same thing about the coleslaw. I do recommend and will return. Caution the staff to keep their personal conversations low.

Most kfcs suck at customer service but this one was especially bad. My order was taken wrong. I had to go through an ordeal of refund that the cashier didnt know how to. When my order came to the table, it was missing a sandwich. Which wasn’t even the original sandwich I ordered. They substituted it on top of that gave us one less. Worst 30$ ever spent.

This is the third time coming here that they had no sauce other than KFC and sriracha. They didn’t even tell me they didn’t have sauces and I paid for an extra sauce and saucy nuggets. I had to drive back and ask what sauce they had because even my saucy nuggets were not sauced.

I went through the drive thru the ordering was quick and taking the payment was quick. But they screwed up my order. I told them exactly what I wanted (two thighs and a breast) and they repeated back to me. I am sure they charge me for it also. When I get home I have three wings. It is very frustrating when you go through the drive thru and tell them your order then you leave just to get where you are about to eat to have a wrong order. Then at the window they have three people just standing around doing nothing. You know it would have been nice to have someone check the order. Now KFC just over charged me for the order I received then I got messed over on my order.

Stay away from this location. I placed a drive thru order, drive up to the window to find the employee eating ice out of her hand (touching her mouth). If that wasn’t enough, up charged me on a drink that I didn’t request and got part of my order wrong. I ended up having to return to the drive thru because they left off some of my items. The manager was inside talking to ppl, instead of managing. This place lacks in quality and service. I get that it’s KFC, but sheesh, don’t commit health violations or mess up orders this bad.
