Kiki's Chicken and Waffles

Ok. Up Charge on certain menu items. Front Manager extremely hard working & accommodating. Pays attention to the needs of customers. I did not meet him, however, his work ethic is beyond! Peace & Blessings Sir 💕

Today was my first time I ever experience bad service here at Kiki. When I first came in I was sat down immediately. Once sat down I was waiting on my server for about 15 mins to come and ask what I wanted to drink. Once my server (Kabria) came back with my drinks I placed my order for my food. I place my order and it took my food about 35 mins to come out due to the fact my server was sitting over there at the bar on her phone scrolling. Food was a little cold when she came and brought it to my table. I received my food and ask for some condiments and it took her about 20 mins to come back with them. One it was not busy in there tonight. I had place another order because I was waiting for my nephew to come eat once I placed it order 20 mins before he came it still took her about 30 mins to even come back and check in on my table. The service tonight at Kiki was not top tier than normally nights.

The food is GREAT. It's clean and the service is great.
The restaurant is cold though. I wound up getting a box and taking mine home to eat. I hate to add, but I felt it is necessary to say that pricing has gone up.

Good was okay. I give it a 4 out of 10. The sides were cold & the collards could use some season, at least a pinch of season would help. The service was great a 10/10.

Wonderful dinning experience

This places was just absolutely amazing. The Vibe was very nice and it was very friendly and family oriented. My server Alexa was just top tier! The professionalism, knowledge of the menu and overall service was immaculate. It was my first time ever trying Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles being that I am only visiting the area for work, and I Guarantee I will be back. I didn’t know what I wanted and Alexa let me know her top favorite dishes on the menu which helped me make my decision. The food was Hot, delicious, and came out in a timely manner. I definitely will be returning and thank you again Alexa for such amazing service and making me already feel like a repeat customer, and thank you cooks for ensuring that my food made a wonderful part of the experience, also, you have to Try the Koolaid, it was the Bomb!

I had the half a rack of ribs, sweet potato souffle and the macaroni and cheese. The ribs were excellent, great taste and falling off the bone ?. Didn't care for the souffle, it was too runny and just sweet. The macaroni and cheese was just okay.

Parking: Location was a little difficult finding. It says it's on Parklane but it looks more like Two Notch. It's located in the cut where the mall is on Two Notch and Parklane.

I was so unpleased with my order from DoorDash. I got fish and Fish & Grits with a side of Mac and Macaroni & Cheese. The fish tasted fishy as if it wasnt fresh... the grits were very much unseasoned. They had absolutely no butter, salt and pepper or cheese so I had to doctor them up on my own. They were cooked with just water, no heavy cream or milk. If I can cook something from a restaurant better at home, I feel like I was cheated and like I wasted money. The Macaroni & Cheese was not cheesy as the noodles were barely sticking together. I probably would’ve enjoyed Kraft better smh. They cut corners and did the least possible effort when preparing this food. I will not be back. They charge too much for subpar soul food like this. 1/5

The chicken was cooked in old grease. You could smell it a mile away. Macaroni was dry as well. The price you guys are charging you could do better. Definitely wouldn't go back

Over cooked wings, rice.
Greenbeans potatoes cold.
Salmon paties came after meal and undercooked. Harbison location was a 10 had the same order, food was hot, tender wings, salmon was perfect.

The food was good but the service was not good Coco was the server and she was not attentive at all she never asked if anyone needs anything and she only came back around when she wanted us to pay the ticket and we had a party of 6 and one the bill was paid we had to ask for to go boxes and that was it. We stop eating due to the fact we had nothing to drink but overall the food was good but the service was poor
