Our server was Maaliq. He was fabulous. We went and had never been before. He was very informative with demonstrating and explaining the menu and how every thing worked. He especially showed great patience with our 6 year old that struggles sometimes in new environments. He made sure to mention items on the menu and the appetizer bar that may be more suited to a younger child. Over all amazing dinner and service!

SO MUCH FOOD!!! This place was an amazing experience, we didn't really know what we were doing but we got it, just know that you don't have to get all the foods they offer, we did and had a lot to eat, too much to eat. You only get 2 hours to cook and eat all your foods and luckily we made the time. They also offer the hot bar which was pretty delicious, fried shrimp, fried chicken, French fries and some other fried meat I believe it was chicken. Over all great family outing thank you KPOT we really enjoyed ourselves, will be returning one day!!! For a party of 6 I paid $257.

Had a wonderful experience at this hot pot! Logan was our waitress and she went above and beyond to not only ensure the birthday guest felt special, but the kids as well! Would recommend this for couples, families, anyone they have a good variety and even nuggets / fries on the little bar! Will be back.. already thinking about it.

Very fun experience. The food was very good, fresh ingredients, meat was well marinated, and the drinks were good. The service was excellent with attentive but not overbearing servers. We have been to KPOT multiple times now and it is amazing! To say the food is great is one thing but our server made all the difference!! Douglas is who you need to see! Such a great personality and knows what he is doing!! His customer service is A1 and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure all his guest are taken care of and leave happy!! Even hearing him talk to other table around us he treats everyone the same!!!! Also one of the managers Victoria is beyond great!! We went once and did not have such a great server and she stepped in and truly made the uncomfortable situation better!! It is employees like these two that make a restaurant an experience people live to go back for time and time again!!!!
