I walked in and instantly didn’t feel welcomed. Me and my friends walked in excited to try Kremo because we love roll ice cream. But upon entry we instantly felt like we didn’t belong, no one greeted us I had to greet the workers , no one moved as well to serve us, it just was weird energy and I don’t understand why. But I will no longer be going here at all.

Many great flavors! I really enjoyed this and Gong Cha at the same time. I would recommend it if you want ice cream in the 5 Points area that isn't overly sweet but very flavorful. The ice cream isn't as fluffy as regular ice cream but is so much richer.

I’m giving it 3stars ⭐️ because I have to pay two different locations and not get what I want. If you want the bubble waffle you have to pay for that then if you want ice cream that’s a different register and you have to pay for that. Why? Then they can’t put the ice cream in the bubble waffle what is the point of that? That’s why they only get 4 stars it’s a terrible concept

Amazing ice cream. I've never had rolled cream. Me and my husband got the chocolate one on the menu (I cannot remember the exact name). It was chocolate cream, oreos, chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
It was delicious. It wasn't too sweet either!
