Has really went down the last couple years. There’s always something wrong with some part of the building. I rarely go there because I dread the service. The lady usually at the front counter is never friendly and honestly seems bothered to have to help anyone. She was rude to the out of town couple in front of me. She rang my order didn’t bother to ask me what kind of coffee I wanted just gave me two hot coffees that tasted like water. Didn’t ask my rewards number rang me up and walked away as soon as I paid.
Worst customer service. Older lady has a HUGE attitude and not helpful to customers. She makes it clear she does not want to be there and was openly rude to me. Will never go back

I have gone to the one on garners ferry by the 77 and twice they don't have the donuts they are featuring? Just not a very good experience! It was 9am on a Friday they should have every donuts advertised! Maybe not good mgmt? They told me the truck comes around 1pm? What?? Not a good look for them.
