Went through the drive through. The donuts were high in price, low stock at 2:30 in the afternoon, and the worker dropped my card, said “it rolled under your truck” then just walked off.

I have loved Krispy Kreme since I was a child. It is unimaginable that you would ask $15+ dollars for 6 doughnuts. I will not be buying KK doughnuts until the price comes back down. The worst part is that KK sized down their doughnuts and and also put less kreme in the kreme-filled products. So, you diminished your product and at the same time increased the price. What in the world???

Had ordered a 3 pack of donuts, 2 cheesecake and one powered jelly. When I got home I didn’t realize but they had given me the wrong jelly donut along with the cheesecake ones being filled with regular creams rather than the cheesecake filling. Very disappointed and I’m sure anyone else who got them that day is as well.

I love their drive through! It’s so convenient! I ordered the cheesecake donut for the 1st time and it was delicious! I always get the raspberry and lemon filled donuts when I go there. The plain glazed donuts are delicious too!

I am no longer going to any Krispy Kremes until they either lower the price or make the doughnuts the size they used to be. They also reduced the amount of cream in the cream filled doughnut. The consumer got a smaller doughnut with less ingredients as the price increased. That is insane. The service is fine. The atmosphere is fine. But the product is nothing like it used to be.
