Went through the drive through and the staff was unprofessional. Two ladies working on 3/16 were laughing the whole time I was trying to take my order and I had to keep repeating my order. They kept their conversation going throughout my order so I had to ensure I had my order right so I was in the middle of repeating the full order to them and the lady taking the order cut me off and told me to pull forward. So rude. I get to the window and I am trying to see their name tags but they have none. Kristy Kreme do better on training on customer service to younger employees who have the job of taking orders and are at the window. Will not be coming back.

i live in irmo, about 40 minutes from this location. came to get a dozen of donuts and attempted to pay with a gift card. however, the cashier said they ant take gift cards at this time. unbelievable.

This is not a welcoming location at all...I am in my car in the parking lot of the 6614 Garners Ferry Rd Columbia SC location writing this review because I am so annoyed with the customer service. I asked the young lady " Ms. J " if the apple crumble had apple filling? She looked at me with this blank I don't care stare and was like " I don't know ". Why are you there??? Why you don't know your product? If you don't want to deal with me or anyone else you are in the wrong profession. You never know what opportunity can walk in that door and change your life.

So while in columbia, we decided to stop around 2ish all to be told they have three glaze donuts.Left.. what a joke. A good thing we don't have these problems in Charleston. I guess we're just have to skip this location for now on, so if you're out of town, don't stop by this Krispy Kream, they're no guarantee they have doughnuts every time. Keep on traveling.
Parking: I'm not sure I have only parked a few times because I prefer the drive-thru. It is fast, and I have yet to encounter a problem.

Great experience and great friendly service. $7 for a small pumpkin spice frozen latte and pumpkin spice donut :) (and the bathroom was extremely clean)
I purchased and requested hot donuts only. What I got was a ice cold and stiff Krispy Kreme box with hard cold not fresh donuts. The Krispy Kreme on Garner Ferry Road Columbia, SC, along with Clemson Road Columbia, SC are the worst places to buy from. They don't care what they put into your box. Being that I'm handicapped disable and depend on them to do right is a waste of time. Their nobody there to correct their wrongness. I want my money refunded!!!
